Yep, you nailed it Lisa. It's hard to imagine that it is an isolated incident since they had prearranged hand signs and dope on them. I guess they were a bunch of boy scouts and are always prepared!

"I don't think it's an isolated incident," Winters said. "It just so happens that this one has backing because there is video. Without the video, it's the word of someone arrested and charged with multiple criminal charges against several police officers. The video obviously substantiates his claims."
