When officers arrived, they witnessed what appeared to be a “woman seated in the passenger seat, wearing an oxygen mask,” and not moving, according to the Times Union,

A sergeant busted open a back window to the car and couldn’t believe what he had discovered.

Whoops. I can understand buckling her in (it's the safest in a collision so she doesn't become a hazard), but yeah, can't be mad someone tried to help an old woman.

Ummmm I'm sorry but how do you not laugh when doing the news story? No way I could keep a straight face. He deserved it for buckling it in with an O2 mask. It looked so real I would of been doing the same thing to help her.

Still a source of amusement in some quarters in Hudson.

Have driven by the scene of the dramatic rescue many times; now, I honk.

Kinda odd for sure to drive around with your job training aids. Good for the carpool lane.
