Details of Disappearance
Gilbert was last seen in Jefferson Parrish, Louisiana on December 16, 1984. He was playing with his cousin by the Mississippi River when he disappeared. He has never been heard from again. Gilbert may have fallen into the river, but his body was never recovered; it is unclear what happened to him.
