The city of Redmond, WA, has declared a state of emergency due to coronavirus. The city says the declaration is intended to make it easier to ask for more resources. Redmond is best known for Microsoft's worldwide HQ and is only 4 miles from Kirkland, WA.

National Guard IS involved:
Dr. Kathleen Toomey, Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Public Health; Dr. Cherie Drenzek, State Epidemiologist; Adjutant General Tom Carden, Georgia National Guard; Director Homer Bryson, Georgia Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security; and Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner John King, Georgia Department of Insurance will all be present for this announcement at the Capitol.

That is the problem, people who are ill will go to the hospital, infect workers, who will infect other patients.

The CDC needs to set up a hotline for people who feel ill to call, and go through a process of elimination, then told what to do.

Pretty much, all flu sux, you feel like crap, and really, nothing makes you feel better. Drink Coke or Gatorade. People who have normal Coronavirus are not going to die.
The 2.5% may need more help.

If you are in a situation where you need more medical intervention, a nurse can direct you to the "flu center" in your area for further assessment.
