I find yoga at home (my own design) to be pretty good - I can pick and choose my own poses and how long I want to stay in them. I do agree that motivation is better in a group when you are captive to the class. But then, is that truly the enjoyment of the practice? You'll figure it out. What's best for your health and your routine.You mean like all my other exercise machines sitting around that I use to pile clothes on? You know, those late night informercials that suck me in every time...ab roller this, treadmill that...I need forced exercise in a class LOL
Time to maybe change my ways I suppose. You are right. @Herat mentioned also it’s a good time to bust out the exercise DVDs.
