We’ve seen cases on the past where someone has knowingly spread herpes or HIV & faced criminal charges, so he should, imo.
Personally I think because 80% or more cases will be mild, people do not care. I think people in the 80% group feel the 20% in the higher risk group need to be proactive.

LOL I can almost picture this. Old and medically challenged people laying low while the young and healthy roam the world...with nothing open.

That’s a good article from Canada. I didn’t find anything about the number 250 though.

I wonder why the number has been changing here in California, from 1,000 to 250, and why my county is suggesting 50. Also, upthread there are new announcements of other numbers being used in other US states/cities. ( Such as 500 in NYC per Gov. Cuomo)

All I’m saying is that I haven’t seen any scientific statements on why 250 is the special number.

But here’s to hoping!
