This is such a good point. There are only the two of us at home, DH and myself (and 2 cats). We both go out, myself less than he. I have stopped subbing, quit going to the gym and yoga class. I run to the local business coffee shop early in the morning (for now). I order pet food from Chewy.
He is a psychologist, so is still seeing clients one-on-one, keeping a good distance from each person. He runs out Sunday morning for the paper. He recently just returned from the pharmacy (RiteAid) because he had to pick up his meds. And he went to Tractor Supply for bird seed, which I did not ask him to do.... I do make him take a Lysol wipe with him everywhere.
In reality, as said in quoted post, it's not 100% guaranteed if there is more than one of you in the household, as for one living all alone going nowhere. JMO
ETA He did find and buy more paper towels and toilet paper at the RiteAid. We didn't need anymore, so am about to start handing it out to family and friends.
