No children under a certain age allowed in stores before Noon"?

They need to do something, because we keep hearing to keep kids away from their grandparents, etc. imo, it is wrong wrong wrong to bring them around strangers then.
Our state even said to cancel pending kid on kid play dates.
We are seeing cases of kids getting sick with the virus, so why risk it? Right now is not the best time for the entire family to visit the grocery, lol. Send one family member, imo.

Just received confirmation on this from Dallas @JudgeClayJ chief of staff -- patients who have coronavirus and are in their 20s and 30s being treated now at Dallas hospitals are in critical condition (ICU) and have no underlying conditions.
