Living in South Carolina, I heartily agree. I can easily see Cuomo running for President in 2024 - is it too late to add him to the ballot in November? MOO!

England death toll up to 167

Northwick Park Hospital has declared a “critical incident” due to a surge in patients with coronavirus, the Health Service Journal reports.

In a message to staff seen by the HSJ, the hospital in Harrow said it has no critical care capacity left and has contacted neighbouring hospitals about transferring patients who need critical care to other sites.

The hospital is run by London North West University Healthcare Trust, which has since reported six deaths related to coronavirus, all at Northwick Park.

The news comes on the same day the Daily Telegraph reported (paywall) that Covid-19 patients were being turned away by Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust as demand for lifesaving treatment surges.

The death toll in London has risen more sharply than the rest of the country, with figures revealing yesterday that four in 10 coronavirus-related deaths so far in the UK have been in London.

Feinstein, a California Democrat, sold $500,001 to $1 million worth of stock in a company called Allogene Therapeutics on Jan. 31, less than a month before panic about the virus caused markets to plunge, Senate records show. Her husband sold $1,000,001 to $5 million worth of Allogene shares on Feb. 18, according to financial disclosures.

And Inhofe, an Oklahoma Republican, dumped as much as $400,000 worth of stock on Jan. 27, records show. He sold shares in five different companies including Apple, PayPal and Brookfield Asset Management, according to a disclosure report.

Feinstein spokesman Tom Mentzer said her husband made the transactions, not the senator herself.

And throwing $1200 at working people who lived paycheck to paycheck and still managed childcare or healthcare payments is just obscene. IMHO, IMHO, IMHO

Yes, I had an oddly sleepless night, I just think its Pandemic Anxiety

One thing that really does help me is listening to wonderful relaxing music when I go to sleep.

Instead of listening to BBC Radio (which is just updating all the COVID-19 news), I went back to listening to an old favorite:

Music from Hearts of Space. It's a subscription streaming site with a huge library of curated "new age", some classical, some ethnic music, without vocal lyrics. They create a set based on a theme, of 8-10 pieces that last about an hour total. I'm usually asleep befor it ends.

The moderator, Stephen Hill is part of the famous Windham-Hill duo and has the most relaxing voice possible.

I encourage you to look at their free content and consider this as a real break from your activities or a real sleep aid. You can also find it as an app.

Yes, he has been wonderful. IMO, he is literally the only governer in the entire country that jumped all over this crisis.

Other governers are all playing catch up.

Accurate and practical information, given in a way that is understanding to everyone. This is so comforting to listen to leaders such as Governor DeWine and Governor Cuomo. I'm sure there are others - I'm just not familiar with their names.

Not required. Not doing testing because if they test positive, they cannot go home. So, better to test positive at home while endangering plane passengers, relatives, communtiy members. And, many of them are older. Except for the age difference, kinda reminds me of the kids on the FL beaches.
