Could Caylee's Body Have Been Taken Out Of Florida?

  • #121
Question: You all agree that KC lies ALLOT ... why do most of you seem to believe her, when she says she's 'close'?

Not even Casey lies 100% of the time. She might start with a grain of truth & then twist it around & embellish the story to make it sound more interesting.

Personally, I believe the "she's close" comment because I think Casey would take the easiest way out & want to dump the body fast so she can hurry up & start enjoying her NEW LIFE OF TOTAL FREEDOM.

That's also basically why I believe that party of her story. I don't think she'd go to any trouble to dispose of Caylee, like having to drive too far, or dig too deep. Whatever the easiest way to get rid of her was, I think that's what she did. And with that, "got rid of the smell" and began her new life ~ or so she thought. I also don't see the point of her even saying those words "she's close" unless there was some truth to it. They seem to contradict an abduction. MOO

I haven't seen an hard evidence to give a clue if she is close or not. Everyone has their own perception on what close is. It's all just speculation on my part because there is so much we don't know and wish we did...Pretty frustrating...Just give me 5 minutes with KC and I'll find out..:bigstick:

KC always takes the path of least resistance, the easy way out. She didn't finish high school, she didn't get a job, she didn't take responsibility for her child, she didn't bother to try toget child support from the baby's father, she didn't even try to get welfare or WIC or any other public assistance that was available to her. She just lived off of her parents and let them take care of her and Caylee. This is why I don't think she drove anywhere too far from home to dispose of Caylee. The path of least resistance would be tossing her in a dumpster as the truck approaches to empty the dumpster into the truck and be crushed.

It is extremely difficult for me to think that KC has friend that would help her dispose of the child's body. No one likes her that much. Think about it. It is also difficult for me to think that LA helped her. Caylee was his baby niece. Could you help your sibling hide your niece's body?

I am convinced she acted alone and with the least amount of effort possible. That is her nature and she hasn't changed.

I believe she tossed Caylee in a dumpster at Sawgrass Apts.

This is my husband's theory. I tune him out as much as possible because I'd like to not believe it.
The only thing that keeps me from not believing this is that there is "one shred of truth" in all that KC says, and she said "she's close to home".

I pray every night that Caylee is not only close by, but will be found before this trial.

Casey also said - in the LE interviews - that she did not know why Zenadia would take Caylee out of Orlando and why she would not bring her back. Or something similar to that. MrsMcGyver has the exact quote above.

Finding that shred of truth in KC's lies can be very, very difficult.

Yes, KC lies A LOT but, from the evidence that has been released, it would appear that she has not left the general Orlando area per the cell phone pings.

It's almost like you're reading my mind! :) I can't see a friend who had only known her a short time helping her, or somebody who had known Caylee being an accomplice either. And if not the dumpster at the Sawgrass Apts., then maybe where TL lives or close to it. MOO

I also lean towards thinking she told the 'truth' about last seeing Caylee at Sawgrass.

That way in case someone DID see her there that day, she'd already have a built-in excuse for being there.

Ditch the kid & head over to TL's apt. before he gets home from school. She'd need a shower & to change clothes.

Who was it that she knew that lived across from Sawgrass? I think she put her in a dumpster as well, but I think she would do it somewhere she was comfortable. Probably Tony's now that I think about it, where she would be able to see that it was indeed collected and on its way to the landfill.

I've always felt that her body is at the landfill. Casey probably thought long and hard on how to dispose of her so she wouldn't be found. In a bag . . . in a dumpster . . . at the landfill.

I still feel she's @ Blanchard park. She's somewhere close to the home. I believe KC was telling a bit of truth when she made that comment to GA.

That was my first impression too, that she mentioned that apt. complex for some reason. It could've been because she did know people who lived there or because she'd run across ZG on 6/17. MOO

This is also very possible, imo. She could be at his apt. during the day and know when to expect the truck to come along.

I just can't see how she could be that comfortable about Caylee not ever being found if she'd left her there in the park. They've searched the water, and anything above ground or in a shallow grave could've been found by somebody. I just think it would be too risky. Then there's that script she supposedly told LP about, where Caylee was taken by ZG and ZG's sister at the park? If she did say that, why would she practically lead him to Caylee's body?

I feel certain she is not taken out of state, She got put in the Amscot dumpster. SHe ran out of gas, got rid of it quick.

I wonder what day his garbage is collected. Common sense would say you put it there shortly before pick up and leave it in the trunk so someone doesn't discover it in the dumpster. I wonder if pick up is approximately 3 days after her death.

BINGO!! I have been asking for months now - Why haven't they searched Lee's place? If you map it, it is on a dead end circle drive that backs up to 2 retention ponds and woods - very "close"...as best as I can tell, they have never searched his home, yard or the wooded area by his house!

also explains the pinging from two towers so often. I mean really, what are the chances that she pings off of 2 towers inside her own home? I think not - I think she was going to Lee's quite often...

I wonder if she had keys to his house.

Dumpster - landfill

I wish they could dig the whole darned thing up. Honestly I could've sworn Dr. Perper said something about some gadget that can detect bodies through several feet of garbage. But I'm sure it's too late now. Still. I wish.

But really - couldn't they examine the dumpsters? dump them out and test them some how? If she was put in a dumpster, perhaps something leaked out onto the metal? IDK.

I can't believe someone helped her. If they had wouldn't they have turned her in for the reward and immunity? Therefore she must be in Orlando. KC was always on the phone and always in Orlando. JMHO

Most apt. complexes have pickup more than once a week, so it's sure possible she could've put her in there right before it was emptied, maybe even with trash from his apt. since she was there so much "keeping house". MOO
