Could Caylee's Body Have Been Taken Out Of Florida?

I think it's 99.999999% unlikely that anyone helped Casey dispose of Caylee or even had a clue Caylee was missing.

I think she'd be plenty nervous for that month IF she was afraid that there was some witness who could testify against her. And I think she would have rolled over the minute she was arrested & try to pin the whole thing on the other person.


And I don't think Casey would have wasted much time dumping Caylee's body.... I think she wanted to get it over with ASAP so she could finally get on with her life. Somewhere close and something easy.

I brought this up before and it didn't seem strange to anyone else but in KC's written statement on July 16, 2008 on the 4th page it says..."With many and all attempts to contact Zenaida, and within one short conversation on June 12th,2008 I was never able to check on the status or well-being of my daughter. Zenaida never made an attempt to explain why Caylee is no longer in Orlando or if she is ever going to bring her home."
How did KC know Caylee was no longer in Orlando if she didn't have any chance to even check on Caylees well being. We now know that this is just another lie of KC's but why would she include the fact that Caylee was no longer in Orlando?...

This is a very good find. I don't know if I buy into the fact that she was taken out of the Orlando area, but the way this case goes, anything is possible. There are limitations to how far the investigation can go without evidence warranting further investigations, though. Unfortunately it's beginning to look like we may never know what happened to poor Caylee, but there seems to be enough evidence to at least hold KC accountable for it.

On a side note, also. If someone else was involved, I think KC would've already rolled over on that person. She's all about saving herself and she would take any opportunity to make herself look innocent, and throw someone else under the bus.

The fact is she had an entire month to dispose of the body. That's a lot of time to plan and calculate. She is also a smart girl who seemed to be fond of true crime. This leads me to believe that she wouldn't just dump Caylee close to home -there's no need to do that, she wasn't pressed for time. So I'm not sure about the theory of leaving the Orlando area or not, but I will say she's got to be pretty well-hidden. And I'm wondering if the body was somehow set on fire or destroyed? The other thing I can't get out of my head is the thought that she could still be in the parent's back yard. I'm not confident it was as thoroughly searched as it could have been. Thinking about where Caylee could be has my mind reeling...

In my very bones I feel like KC is confident bc she does not KNOW WHERE Caylee is now. If KC does not know/then LE will not know (at least in her mind) That is why I believe dumpster---bc someone else did help-they just didn't know it

I too do not believe 1) there is an accomplice or accessory after the fact, nor 2) that she was transported out of Orlando.

The fact that she kept the body in the trunk and drove it around with her points to the fact that she had no plan and no clue what to do, and that she was lazy.

Aprilshowers, I'm glad you started this thread. IMO I've felt this is a possibility all along. Could all the flurry of pings mean she was driving around to meet someone in a certain area. Was the car abandoned at the Amscot for a reason? Did someone not familair with the area need a landmark? The keys were found inside a locked car but what if she ditched the car there w/ keys under the mat so there's access to the trunk and someone did the pickup and threw the keys in the front seat and locked the car.

I pray that little Caylee is found.

Not if that person held something over HER.

This person or persons, could be gang related, threatening to harm her parents, brother, etc.

She tells this person ... who perhaps tells another person, that all she wants is the body to be disposed of, never to be found, and it's carried out under the agreement that she never opens her mouth about who helped.

Crazy? Maybe .. but so is everything else in this case.

And who IS this Patrick person who visited her in jail? Perhaps he has something to do with it? Maybe not him directly, but maybe somebody he knows, who knows somebody, etc. ?

I think the "no longer in Orlando" statement was a specific and intentional addition to keep LE running blind. She knew they would not find HER ZG in Orlando, bc there is no actual ZFG in existance in Orlando. Maybe if she threw the bone far enough-the dog would run after it!

I agree totally...This is how KC works..Later on after she was arrested in one of the phone conversations with LA she said Caylee was still close..This is her MO, to tell enough contradicting lies so as to keep everyone guessing..chasing their tails. In the profile done by Dr. Deb Schurman-Kauflin, the criminal profiler, she even states that if you clutter the truth with enough lies no one can tell whats true. KC keeps everyone guessing with deception, keeps people chasing their tails so they don't have time to fight her. Follow her men and you will follow her thinking.

But let's remember.... all her contacts or 'attempted' contacts with ZG were outright LIES. She also claimed she spoke with Caylee & THAT was proven an outright LIE..... no incoming call was found on her phone.

Why point away from Orlando?

The sooner the cops stop pestering her & all her friends in Orlando, the sooner things quiet down & they can get back to partying & having fun!

Casey just cannot conceive of the notion that anybody will stand up to her. She thinks LE will behave the same way she's seen her family & her friends react to her lying & stealing..... she just needs to have patience & wait for the storm to pass.

Yes I think its possible. I don't think Casey was driving around with her in the car, being lazy.I think she was trying to find a really good burial spot, so she took her time. The pings don't show her leaving the Orlando area however they do show periods of inactivity ,times that she could have traveled 3 hrs or so from Orlando. I don't know that she went out of state but to other areas of the state , ya maybe. I don't think that she burned her. Possibly the dumpster or in a lake,or river and if thats the case, I don't think we will find her.
