Could Caylee's Body Have Been Taken Out Of Florida?

  • #61
I also wonder what all KC bought at JCP and why CA hard a hard time giving receipt to LE

Now, I could be wrong, to many statements to read and keep straight LOL
But, I don't think Cindy ever voluntarily gave LE the JC Penny receipts.
LE did ask but she said there was nothing of interest.

Gas cans to cremate CAYLEE?????? just an awful thought came to me.............

IMO, I agree 1st KC not that smart (drugs etc) then lazy!!! so she would make the dump......easy........would she personally have the smell on her body or clothes like the car?

Well according to CINDY, Casey's pants stunk like "the car" (a dead body) so she washed them.

That's another reason I think Casey RUSHED to dump Caylee.... she'd want to get her butt over to Tony's & clean up BEFORE he gets home from school.

could LE get JCP credit card receipt from JCP for investigation???? maybe they did!!!

I still think that Casey disposed of Caylee in the water with the gators ..

Orlando is central Florida. Not sure of the mileage but it's a considerable drive to EITHER coast.

And remember Casey herself told her family that Caylee is close by.... I think THAT was the truth.

From the Anthony home to ie:Cocoa Beach would be less than 1 hour.

I too believe Caylee is close by.

I would hope LE has had those receipts for quite some time now ..

I don't know if Cindy eventually gave up the JCP receipt but I believe LE does have it.
Even LP speaks of the purchases from JCP (being the cross and fabric)

I think they should check Lee's yard and the Great Grandparents yard.

In the beginning of this case, before I got interested in following it, I saw a headline about the grandparent's having paver bricks put down and yard work done in their yard after the baby's disappearance. At that time I thought it was a no-brainer that the baby would be found buried there. And then the cadaver dogs hit in the same yard and I thought, "yup, it's almost over now". But then the dogs and the police went away. :waitasec:

LE didn't dig up the yard. They just said that they didn't believe the body was still there but it may have been there at one time. They didn't really say why they believe that it was no longer there. So I changed my thoughts about the yard being a possibility.

But now with her not being found after numerous searches, I'm not so sure she's not in the yard. I'd like to know why they dismissed the yard. Except maybe the ground there is wet? I live about 1/4 mile from a river/swamp and we could not get an inground pool if we wanted to because the ground is too wet several feet down. So maybe it's like that in their area too? That would explain why LE didn't need to dig around.

I just don't know. I had hoped they would find her this past weekend. But so much time has passed, it's possible she will never be found. :(

No.... IF he had knowledge, he never would have offered to help in any way.

You are correct but his attitude changed around the time that she was bailed out of jail first time. It went from that first call from jail where he seemed angry at Casey and was fully helping LE and then BOOM did not want to cooperate with le at all.

the LA & KC high five meant something to THEM!

Thanks.... I thought it was around that but I wasn't sure.

IMO, anything over 10-15 minutes away is a risk that I can't see her taking. Driving around with a dead body in the trunk must be stressful EVEN to a sociopath. Even a sociopath knows if they get caught with a corpse... it's going to interfere with their evening's plans.

This pig is just TOO detached to waste an extra minute getting on with HER LIFE to make the dumping a complicated affair.

As weird and strange and twisted this case has become (seriously, you CAN'T make up the stuff that has come forward on this case) I still don't believe that LA had anything to do with this. I also don't think that she got in contact with gang members who would get rid of the body. Where would she get contacts for that? She didn't run with the type of people who would be involved with that sort of activity much less speak about it. Plus, I'd think we'd see contact of some sort in the phone records. And, of all the things that have been released you'd think that they'd 'leak' that there 'might' be a second party involved if there were even a slight chance.

Where did you hear that she had a tankful of gas plus 3 full cans? I have not seen that and would interested in reading that. She had run out of gas the week before. We don't know how much she put in her tank after that. We know she stole 2 gas cans from GA but we don't know how full they were or if they were 1 gal or 5 gal or whatever size (at least I don't, it's probably been released and I've missed that info). AH got her a gas can but was it ever filled? And if so, what size was it? On a 10 y/o car you just don't get the gas mileage that you would out of a newer car (even if it is impecably maintained). This is a girl who likes to flit around from place to place. That takes a lot of driving. If she simply drove north and back one time it would make sense but she drove all over the place. A Pontiac Sunfire has a 15.34 gal gas tank, new it got 24mpg. With a full tank & 3 5gal gas cans that gives you about 700 miles, assuming that she had 30 gals of gas to use and the car got 24mpg which is unlikely. 700 miles is not unheard of in a young adult's driving for two weeks while flitting around from place to place. IF she were to drive to say, Valdosta, GA it would take her over 3 hours & 214 miles EACH WAY. Which means that she would have used up over half of that gas and over 6 hours of time.

I'm not trying to be argumentative, I'm just trying to think logically about this whole thing. I firmly believe that LE is doing a very thorough job and have a good grasp on this whole case. At this point they either need to find the body (and I'm hopeful) or they need to get her to talk (I'm not so hopeful about her talking). I think LA has kind of disappeared because he is wise and has realized that the more he shows his face the more the attention is moved from his missing niece and onto him, where it doesn't belong.

I think we'd all like to take KC out of the equation a little bit because it kind of makes her seem a little less evil. But honestly, I think she purposely killed that baby as revenge against her mother for some perceived sin her mother did against her and then dumped her baby's body where she thought no one would find it. I don't think she put too much thought into the dumping part of it because if she had, she would have disposed of the body immediately (which is why I'm hopeful). Why risk driving around with a decaying body in your car if you knew of a good place (or someone) to dispose of it?

She had a big social circle (I hesitate to call them friends) and I would think that she must have been nervous that someone would want to get into her car to go somewhere with her and was anxious to get rid of the body as quickly as she could. I also don't think that CA will ever admit that KC had anything to do with this. You could find Caylee's body with a note on it that said "my mommy killed me" and CA would probably say that "Zanny wrote it!" or something to that effect.

CA=Zanny.........................hmmmmmmm, just another thought that came to my mind...........

I don't think she left Orlando. I don't think anyone else was involved. Who, no matter how good of a friend or whatever, would take a (sorry this is going to be graphic) rotting, stinking, decaying body of a toddler besides the sicko that killed her?

Agreed! It would have to be quite a sicko to take part in getting rid of a toddler's little body! I really don't think anyone would have helped her participate in this horrific crime. No one else, that we know of yet, had a motive to hurt Caylee like Casey did.

Let's discuss this a bit:

I keep thinking that maybe KC had help ... and it wasn't HER who took Caylee outside of Florida. I'm speaking of her body here.

If she had a tank of gas and 3 cans full, she could go 500 miles round trip. If either she or someone else, drove 250 miles one way, that can get you just outside of Florida.

Just maybe that's why she's so confident, they won't find Caylee where they're looking.

About her cell phone pings: I'm not real familiar with them, haven't really studied them, but either she didn't take her phone with her, or like mentioned above, SHE wasn't the one who took her.

Thoughts?
Consider the decomposition smell in the trunk & DNA hair sample, complete w/death ring, unfortunately that's as far as darling Caylee got...
