Could Lee Anthony face charges for obstruction of justice? PART TWO

It seems as though Lee could face charges at some point. Of the many people who knew Casey well , Lee probably had more insight than anyone else. It would be logical to think he may have pieced some bits of truth together, and possibly knew where to look for Caylee. To me, this is a likely explanation for his attorneys comments, possibly a way of preparing the public so theres no collective gasp of shock and horror. It took him over two hours to go TonE's, gather things that were neatly packed by someone else.. and go back to the A's. Driving time and loading a few bags would account for about 50 minutes. One thing that always stuck in my mind was the time Lee and Casey spent in the garage talking.. with the reeking pontiac in there with them...that conversation had to be important to even warrant them sitting there in the garage.

bold by drip

me too. how could they have taken it in there with the smell and especially knowing what the stench was ---Caylee. :( That's just horrible.
wouldn't the yard have been better fgs?!

and it still gets me when i recall how he (la) chuckled when describing that stench in his interview.

believe me, there is NOTHING funny about decomp smell and no way would i ever want to be having a conversation with ANYBODY in an enclosed space surrrounded by the decomp stench.

those two, ca & la are something else. :puke:

:cow: moo

I think Lee is attached at the hip to Cindy. I have never seen adult children leave there homes when they live down the street for a tragedy. Cindy has George. Lee could give support and still keep his own pad...

Your kids are supposed to be there for you when you need support, just like parents need to be there for their children in times of crisis.

I don't associate giving support with giving up your home. It is not normal to move out of your house in the same neighborhood to give support.[/quote]

Bolded by me.

While I do think this is an enmeshed, dysfunctional family, I think moving back in with your family in times of crisis can be very normal, depending on the family and/or the circumstances. I say this from personal experience. If CA needs 24 hour support for fear of her losing her marbles or killing herself, for example, maybe someone needs to be there at all times. Anyhow, has anyone thought that perhaps LA has not totally given up his own place but is just staying with his parents for awhile? It makes perfect sense to me if that is what he has done, regardless of how close his place was.

It has been confirmed that he officially moved out of his house.
I wonder if he is still working....maybe he lost his job or something.

If CA is that bad off, I would hope they would hospitalize her, then she could get the right care.

good post.
It also points out that Cindy found out that Casey was unknown at Universal.

Yep, if she didn't know before...

Yet in her interviews, Cindy repeats that kc goes to off to work...".just like a normal day."...of course kc also uses the same language to LE. It's like they know the truth yet even when faced with it, they continue to lie..as if they never heard what the other person just said.

A previous poster spoke of the garage. Lee and kc in that garage alone while LE was talking to Cindy. You bet Lee had to be asking her about the smell. Why stay inside the garage? Like the poster said..."Had to be awfully important."....they didn't want to be heard talking.

I am trying to get an answer to this. Cindy calls Lee and tells him to get kc on July 2nd. I believe it is afternoon.
Lee calls kc on her cell and she is sitting in a bar with Troy and Melissa and maybe others. kc receives the call and runs out of that place telling her friends that her brother is after her and she doesn't want to see him. They all leave and go somewhere else.

1. How did Lee know where kc was?

Could be the conversation started out *nice*, she told him where she was....
then when it heated up, & he said he was on his way there, she jumped up & left.

(I love the Peninsula, visit my Aunt in San Carlos often.....:)

"Normal" in the A family, seems to be a 'stranger' to the rest of us.

Thanks Mysteriew, Bunny, and Jay D for thaking the time to make sure that I finally understood and thanks to Themis also. Maybe cause it's morning and I'm more awake, I get it. That was bugging me every time the subject of immunity came up.

LA has always been a puzzle to me. It is hard to figure him out. I do think he is worried about charges being brought against him but I really don't think it is going to happen, unless he did something hands on, like actually move the body. Can't see charges for CA or GA either. Regardless of how much they have bent the law (short of very heavy involvement) , I think the SA is going to let it slide. They do not need any more complications in this case.

It is if you're lease is up and you no longer want to live within a stone's throw of where your neice's body was found! Give him a break.

He's still not far away from that spot. Why not move across town if that was the reason?

So the first phone call between LA and KC in jail (the one where he put K on the phone saying that she would die if anything happend to Caylee). He did not sound at all like someone who was "in on it". Then there was another call in which he told KC that they record everything for everyone to see. Then he said something like: "obviously i would not have said the things i said the other day" Are we missing a LA/KC conversation while she was in jail the first time? I'm trying to understand when he went to the dark side. I really don't think he knew anything or did anything until after the fact. If anyone can shed any light, please do.

How funny we all assume LA moved back home to give his mother support! It seems some of us assume LA is the strong mediator in the family. Maybe he is having to cope with severe depression now. Where is his lucrative new business being a spokes person for Kid Finder type organization? It appears the energy he had when doing his own sluething in the begining of the case ran out. I wonder what Mallory is thinking? Mallory's mother started handling the donated monies in the beginning of the case. I wonder if the relationship between the A's and Mallory's parents has changed? I feel LA is more aware of KC's adult partying far beyond just going out with friends for a drink. Why would Fusion Ultra Lounge owner, BL who owns Fusion Media.com, My Fusion, Fusion Exoctic Cars, (offered 125,000fake reward for Caylee),Childrens Hope foundation, nanny service, & Fusion Marketing. This reward was set up before the public saw her party pictures there! I think LA new his sister had entered the darker side of nightclubing world for awhile.

I just can't believe anyone would worry for a second about wire tapping if they just "lost" their niece/daughter. My conversations would be "where do you think zanny would go to hide out? Who was her best friend? Where does her sister live? Did you ask the next door neighbors if they say her over the last month? See, nothing here to incriminate you.

At this point the public is unsure as to how the A's are surviving, paying bills ect... I'm not sure anyone is employed at this time,(Please correct me if I'm wrong, nothing would make me happier to know that). When your world is crumblng around you what helps to keeps you sane? Knowing that you don't have to worry about financial matters! I feel the Ais are recieving monies to live on by the same unknown person or entity that bailed KC out the second time. I think the A's would have physically and emotionally dropped if they had to worry about thier financial matters during this time but so far they keep comming out for another play by play moment. Where is this young man going to find a job at thi point. I don't see him being the spokes person for Kid Finders at this point. Would you hire him right now? The poor guy tried to set up a fake business account on GoDaddy.com after Caylee went missing. So much to slueth and I think it is going to get uglier.

I think he had something to do with something. I think it was after the fact. If nothing else, he should face charges for animal cruelty for throwing the St. Bernards bowl in the trash. That incident showed me what a stick he was and he thinks he's a BIG MAN. He's nothing but a little fit throwing boy.

The A's all seem to be the type that say, "If you don't play by ny rules I'm going to take my bat and ball and go home!!!) Couldn't say it better Sailor!

Also, KC would say "If you don't play by my rules I'm gonna take *your* bat and ball and checkbook and any cash I can find and and and...

i don't think he is the only "fix throwing" person in that family...think it extends to all the immediate family....however, I'm leaving their dogs and cat out of this since they have been in hiding during the outbursts....
