No problem, the things being said on NG tonight made no sense. If he is seeking criminal immunity than he is asking to not be prosecuted probably in exchange for his full cooperation and testimony. That would be a very specific deal with Lee having to detail what he needs immunity for and would not be open ended.

But then they also said his attorney wants him subpoenaed so that he will have immunity from his words being used against him. I have seen his attorney state that before. Why he needs to get on TV to ask for what any attorney worth paying would make sure was in place before his client testifies I don't know. But he also said he they were concerned because they hadn't received one yet leading him to believe charges were being considered. No one has been subpoenaed yet, there is no trial date. The subpoena will tell you when to make yourself available for testimony and failure to appear is a violation of the court order. I thought his attorney was a bafoon back when he made these statements, you can imagine how my opinion has soared after his comments the other day (I saw the tape last week, I saw it on TV, did I see the tape? no, I didn't see this tape).

KING: There were reports, photo shots, I think, of your daughter partying a lot and out having a good time during all this, while her daughter is missing. Explain that.

CINDY ANTHONY: There was one photo out of all of the photos that has been shown of her partying that was after June 16th, one. And what we have learned that that is a staged photo. That those are photos that they used to entice other people to come into that club. She would have gotten paid for that photo. So, in fact, she was working. And we have proof of that.

KING: Where George, is Caylee's father?

GEORGE ANTHONY: Caylee's father lived somewhere in the Carolinas I believed at one point. He's deceased. He passed away right around her second birthday.

KING: Oh, so she was still around when he died.

CINDY ANTHONY: Right, he was never part of her life.

IIRC they were referencing the only pictures the public has seen.
Those other pics will be a big "WOW!" IMO.

Wasn't there a report that Casey was either given or had $4000. that she was supposed to pay on her mom's credit card. When the bill wasn't paid, Casey came up with some story about getting robbed at gun point.

Also, George confronted the young man who worked at Sports Authority and he told George he knew Casey and they hung out...but that she did not work there. It is in the interview transcripts..if you want me to find it, (whomever posted the need) I can look for it. Just another comment, on the Nancy Grace transcripts I found where Kathi B. (the reporter) said that George told her that when Casey would come home with Caylee there were times they asked Caylee "how was it at Zanni's?" and Caylee would just give them a puzzled look. This says they all have known all along there is no Zanny and the lengths they are going to protect Casey (and Lee) is mindboggling. Did they forget about the beautiful child that loved them UNCONDITIONALLY ? Probably the ONLY one who loved either George or Cindy unconditionally. Just sooo sad

I agree with your assesment of his lawyer. They sure know how to pick em', don't they??? I don't think this one will last very long. Someone else is likely to step in soon - LA's role in this case is interesting enough for a bigwig to want to step in. He (LA) may be involved but he doesn't carry the notoriety that KC does. (An interesting legal challenge, lots of public exposure but a bit of a safer bet than defending KC.)

I have kinda thought in the past few days - did KC go over to LA's the night of the 15th after the fight? Or further - did she go over there often just to "get out of the house and away from nutball mom". It's always been said they were close. Plus we know CA sent him out to find KC - did he? Or did he find her car in the parking lot and walk over to it to look inside (maybe even had a key as this car was once his) and THAT was the "first time he smelled that smell" so he hunted sis down to put the screws to her as to what's up? No, LA has always struck me as, well, what's the word? peculiar - maybe.

Do we know if he actually DID find her July 3rd?

I want to tread lightly with some questions, but I have had these for a while.

Are the 1200 "compromising" pictures of KC going to play a role in this case?
Who could be the photographer of the 1200 pics?
Surely Casey didn't take them of herself?
Who was the distributor, if any were distributed.
If they weren't to be distributed, why on earth would they be on the Anthony's home computer?
Were they also on KC's laptop?
Did Lee try to erase them when he was at TL's apt?


There is probably a reasonable and innocent explanation to these questions.

Ironically, I just read a post in which Cindy and George on LKL was trying to brush off those 1200 photo's as some kind of "work gig" ??? Well...read this!!!

Somebody called into the JVM show last night (I think) and asked that same question. I was in the kitchen and didn't hear but my daughter said that the talking heads/lawyers said "no" it would not apply. Can't remember the reason they gave, but it would be in a transcript somewhere.

Immunity is given generally for information a person (Lee) might have that will help convict someone else (Casey) with a greater crime than what the person (Lee) might be charged with. Should he (or Cindy, as was speculated on JVM) get on the stand with this "immunity" in play and confess to having killed Caylee, then either would have implicated themselves in the "greater" crime for which the original person (Casey) is charged with. The immunity would not bind them from a "greater" charge, only those lesser than charges, holding Casey to the greater charge.

Did that confuse anyone else besides me?

I hope they never surface. Hopefully they can be destroyed after it's determined that they are of no evidentury value. But for now, I'm scratching my head wondering why the FBI brought the subject up while interviewing George. Is there some way they tie to this case and did Lee try to delete them?

Were they for sale? Enticements for WebCam? Stuff like that is why I think the FBI was somewhat interested. How did she make $ if she did - since she didn't have a job (that is known about)(did she work for cash)

Her phone bills were outrageously high and along with all other spending money I don't see how the Anthony's could do it all. I know she stole - but still, we are talking about a fair amount of money every week/month.

IIRC (and lately I can't recall anything with all this smoke and mirrors) and I don't know if this is any of the "official" interviews on somewhere on here - but supposedly we have been publicly told NO. Like I said though I ahve never seen any confirmation officially of what went down with that. I kinda remember hearing that KC got a text message that he was on his way and she was a some club (not Fusion) and she high tailed it before he got there. IDK

I'm still thinking he DID catch up with her - or her car at least - and that's maybe where info was exchanged.

Makes me wonder who else and where else she stole money that hasn't been reported or found, as yet? Wasn't it thousands from the grandmother's account? That could have kept her going quite awhile. I also get the feeling she was a "kept date/friend"....that others did all the paying. Wouldn't surprise me if she wasn't ripping money out of purses at the clubs...or maybe even off the guys she went with. Anything goes with her!

I for one do not see anything beautiful about Casey...except the possibility of a life sentence-THAT I find very appealing.

I have seen the one alleged one over in the bad pictures thread and that was enough to make me want to run screaming from the computer. IF that was her then she is beyond reprehensible and is an empty shell inside.

I have a ques about this immunity deal thing. I understand about the 5th and immunity from your words. The part I am having a problem with is how does the SA know what the witness needs immunity from. Does Lee (for example) go to the SA and say this is what I know give me immunity. What if authorities say no. Then they have the info and Lee has no leverage. Are hints given? Clues? How does this work?
