Could Lee Anthony face charges for obstruction of justice?

Its my understanding these are 2 diff issues.. The pics were deleted the eve of 7/15 early am of 7/16 on the FAMILY PC, not the laptop.. The Yahoo account, which was the IM account, had been deleted by then.

I'm sure they know they can look up the message logs in the 'received files' under my documents. I know that function can be turned off, but not many people think about it. Sometimes you forget it's on. If that's the case, they could get logs of all of her IMs there. <---pretty simple business, so I assume they already know that, just making a comment.

Ok...he could access her account no doubt, had accessed pics before.

I think they were talking about photos deleted from her MySpace or Facebook account. He was a friend on her account, so he could see the photos she had on there, and know when they were deleted.

I don't know...I think they figured out they WERE phony addresses.

I think they were talking about photos deleted from her MySpace or Facebook account. He was a friend on her account, so he could see the photos she had on there, and know when they were deleted.

And then there's the 1200 pics of KC that GA mentions in his LE interview. He says he can't believe his daughter has pics like that and we sure haven't seen 1200 pictures of KC that would alarm a father in such a way AND that many of them haven't surfaced on the internet, either!

Did anyone else see the "bad" pic going around that was being speculated as KC? I saw it and I personally thought it looked just like KC. If it was her and 1200 pics similar to this one exist, then they are definitely "bad." It is would be extremely upsetting for a parent to see.

I saw it weeks ago, as did a few colleagues, the consensus was that it was not her, based on anatomy, but I will say she was an absolute ringer. So much so that I considered for a while that the entire apartment issue was actually a possible studio if you kwim..

I believe they were in her photobucket acct. ???:waitasec: LA IMO did help hide, delete, withhold info from LE & that's why there is a chance of OJ charges being brought. The house of cards are falling in on the A's homefront. Caylee's remains were turned over to next of kin on Dec. 22/23

From what news reports said it wouldn't take KC's defense too long to do 2nd autopsy do to the DNA was confirmed. This is out of memory & that because only skeletol remains were all that was left :furious: it wouldn't take defense long to do. LA did something to be worried about to lawyer up after Caylee was found & is scared. We all will watch & see if he ends up MIA again...if that happens then he maybe is asking for immunity to save his own ***. He thought he could outsmart LE....got a big head with the compliments from LE thinking he missed his calling....LE saying they would think he was in LE....with the way he was conducting his own investigation....LE IMO was making LA think he could out smart them...little will/would he know it's the opposite...LE knew he was hiding info already.

This is kooky! Duh! Anytime when there is any case anything can happen - IF YOUR CLIENT HAS DONE SOMETHING WRONG! Why would you even bring this up unless you were on damage control. Where the heck do these people get their lawyers? If I were LA's atty I would act blindsided if he got charged and play the "grieving brother" card.

My guess is Lee (along with Jesse G who also has hired a lawyer don't forget) may face Obstruction of Justice charges for their respective roles in the quaisi-investigation they conducted to establish the timeline of Casey's activities during the 31 days, prior to the official police investigation.

I don't agree that Jesse Grund is in any way guilty of ANY THING in this case. I believe he has been honest in all he has told LE and remember it was Cindy and George who tried to sell the FBI on the assumption that Jesse was guilty. Just how m any of Casey's friends did she name as "the kidnappers?" Remember,Casey is a pathological and more and more we see where she gets that from...her own mother! What a messed up family!!!
