I believe the reason TG is waiting till Monday is because she has "lawyered up" and they are the one wanting Monday.

Have you noticed how good of a spokeman he is? Out of all the LE I have ever seen, or heard, on TV, he has to be the best.

I have to agree 100%!

Someone else was great, too. Was it the LE spokesman for Nevaeh Buchanan or the one for Sandra Cantu? That man never misspoke once.

Since BM's name came up, it's been bugging me, since his name sounded so familiar to me.

After seeing his work address in a link provided here - it finally clicked. He used to be good friends with my Dad (they both had offices in the Blount Bldg. on Garden). My Dad used to talk about him and they went to lunch every Friday with a few other guys.

I don't think I ever met him, but he probably came to my Dad's funeral (my Dad died very unexpectedly more than a year ago). His funeral is just a blurry memory for me.

I just confirmed this with my Mom.

Not that this means anything with this case, but I'm glad I finally figured this out.

This is getting very interesting ..who will be paying for her attorney? I am sure that Pensacola's Finest are watching the money trail. They have done an amazing job. So many arrests so quickly ..talking about ninja's....they own the title. Wow what a great hardworking group. Thanks Pensacola's Finest!...The Real Ninja's.

He rocks. And you can tell that half the time he wants to turn and punch that little Jack Nicholson-penguin-looking Prosecutor guy.

Firegirl, that information is closed to everyone but the investigative team. I have no idea. They are keeping all of that stuff close to their chest as they should. Although I sure do like you're speculations! You've been pretty close so far as far as the news articles.

I can not take credit for knowing their was a second safe....I was given that info by a Billings family member this afternoon. I was just wondering if the suspects knew about it or if they killed the victims because they couldn't get the second safe out of the floor and the vicitms wouldn't give them the combination or something. It has me very curious why they would kill them if they thought they had the safe they came for. They had to have know about and wanted that other safe

Can you post a LINK on this one?

After what all I have read here, documents I have seen, and articles of particular beliefs by some, I feel sorry for the BB estate.

and it begs the question..why the safe that was taken was not opened. I have one that size and a strong man with a hammer and sharp chisel could have it open in a matter of minutes! Hmmmm

Do we know that it was not opened?

I think they have a great attorney that will kick butt and help the family 100%. The world has many very compassionate folks...that will help any way we can.

omg, just thought of something! I kept thinking why in the world they would let PWL out on such little bond, maybe..just maybe they have serious suspicions about her, want to charge her with more, but simply lack the hard evidence. So they figured if they let her out, they would closely monitor her and just wait for her to fumble, do something incriminating, allowing them to connect the dots, create a better case against her, and rack up the charges. What do you think? I'm sure she is on serious surveillance wherever she is and that they are taking note of her every move.

WooHoo! Hurray! Somebody gets it! And if you think Tabitha is NOT under surveillance, you are waaaay behind the curve. This is now a "master chess game". Do you really think they DID NOT know where Tabitha was? Seemed to me the LE was just allowing her to THINK they weren't watching her every move. Criminey, the DEA and ATF and FBI are on this case!

No offense, but I hope they have an ESTATE Attorney. They will NEED ONE.

Their current attorney specializes in Medical Malpractice and Workman's Comp.

The same thing that was posted by that person on PNJ - it is true that some family is talking about details to other family and friends. The other things we working on not posting as don't want to be unpolite to victims or family. Can't wait till the sunshine law continues to shine - very interesting webs out there is all :) :blowkiss:
