A New York court official is suing the city after a toilet he was sitting on, broke.
Frank D'Alessandro is claiming $5m (about £2.8m) following the incident last July.
He says he's suffered four herniated discs in his back after hitting the floor, says the New York Post.
Mr D'Alessandro said: "I was sitting on the toilet bowl and the next thing you know, it exploded. I was on the floor, on top of a pile of broken porcelain, in a puddle of water and filth."
