On the 11pm wesh Orlando news, just reporting:

"Skip Davis", a free-lance producer working for the Anthony's was interviewed at the memorial.

He stated he will be removing it, I believe tomorrow.

This cause a heated exchange between mourners and the man, Skip Davis, who said he was going to remove it, on behalf of the family.

Part of the heated exchange was also captured on camera and aired about 2 minutes ago.

What I originally posted on the matter was reported by Patrick Pagues, of Fox Orlando on the 10pm news. No one was interviewed in that segment as it was info passed on by the reporter.

I hope this is sufficient context. It's really all I have at this point.:blowkiss:

My opinion is that at a point in time when mourners are still leaving items at the memorial, it is premature to take it down.

I had really hoped after it was confirmed to be Caylee the A's would snap out of their blind fog and stand up for Caylee..I seriously believe this family could actually cause a city to riot..If this keeps up the jury will probably find Casey innocent by reason of her MOTHER

Medicine cabinet-maybe something came back showing drugs in Caylees hair.
Dry wall-I can't think of anything for that.

The dry wall is a bit weird - since the ME said there was no sign of trauma to the bones. So I would not suspect they found blood unless it was from a minor cut or abrasion. It could be trace amounts of chemicals that were sprayed.
If the body had been in the house....wouldn't the cadaver dogs have alerted inside? Maybe not if it was only immediately after death. I don't know how long before "scents" are released that the dogs would alert to.

I would guess maybe CA's Xanax prescription bottle. After all she is a nurse and half the world is on xanax or ativan to help them relax.

I see big problems and heated passions when/if this happens. It's going to be a huge deal. A big blow out. The A's are instigating again. Well, we'll see...

Thanks for your great reporting!

H**k yeah.

TY, MH, for your great reporting.

We'll see.

I've put a lot of thought into the drywall. Here's what I have so far - in the garage, I think after KC wrapped and duct taped the package she put her in the trunk and then, for whatever reason, she put her hand against the wall, maybe to get around something. If she did all this without gloves then she would have had bodily fluids on her hand and that would show up under luminol. As for the spot in the bedroom - maybe the same thing - maybe KC went in to change her clothes and pushed against the wall while pulling off her jeans or putting on her shoes.

That's all I got for now.

Oh - that's a possibility!

I know they were snaping pictures on the first warrant....but who said they took drywall? I thought that was just a rumor?

Here's what I suspect: CA is pizzed because the way SHE sees it, the memorial for Caylee is taunting her saying, "neener, neener, we told you she was gone - you were wrong about an "alive" Caylee coming home and we were right." IMO that's what has her so steamed. This woman, IMO, is so self-absorbed, so competitive and controlling, only SHE and she alone can say when, where, and how the grieving for Caylee will happen.

I also believe that she will leave those "find Caylee" posters tacked to her door out of defiance. I think she views taking them down as admitting she was wrong and everyone else was right. It's sick, but this whole tragedy isn't about CA losing a granddaughter - it's more of a "it's us against them" mindset. She's lost sight of the real issue. She knashes her teeth more about having been proved wrong than she does about losing Caylee. This is my opinion after having watched and listened to her psychotic babble for months.

I don't have a link - sorry. But it was reported that a piece of drywall was taken out of the garage and out of either KC's or Caylee's room and that pieces of carpeting was cut out as well. This was in the search that was conducted immediately after the discovery.

IIRC I think it was JB, in one of his many "cameos" that mentioned this.

TakeNote - this is the best I can do. We are speculating on what they took and what they were looking at during the search warrants.

Absolutely!!:clap::clap::clap:Right on the button...

why would they remove the memorial? i don't get it..this actually pisses me off.

Yes, of course it pizzes you off.

The 'Why' here is rhetorical.

It will is not likely to ever be fully answered, so redirect your energy into hoping for a semblance of justice.

I think they should leave it up a little while, after some time though I think it should come down as things start to look cruddy. Everytime I'm on the road and see someone's crusty old fake flower memorial or dirty stuffed animal stuck to a tree or telephone pole it really discusts me to think that someone cared enough one day to put it up, but as time went on forgot to go back and either take it down or replace it with something new. This service sound nice as they can preserve some items for the family so they can look back and remember.

I believe that is one of the most honest posts I have ever seen here.

And it is dead-on.

In birthing Children, we are responsible.

In creating a defense/excuse/memorial, should we also agree to update/maintain it?

Never read your posts before Mac & Ernie, but that was a great one to chew on.

Gee you don't say Have you looked at my title ? Have you read my Letter to Caylee in the All about Caylee thread

Puhleeze

I simply responded to your post about accident victims , memorials....

I never questioned your personal devotion to crime victims or Caylee.

It is simply directed to the post.

Not directed to you, personally.:blowkiss:

Just what every kid wants for Christmas, a stuffed toy taken from the crime scene of a murdered child. WTF? Maybe I am crazy, but so what. The last thing on their minds should be a spontaneous memorial set up at the crime scene in the woods or even thinking that anyone wants toys from a grave. They don't even want them.

It is public property, not private, so anyone can leave things there or take things away. I understand leaving things as a tribute and an expression of sorrow but no one has the right to expect that the things are going to stay where they were placed. It is no man's land, the "Zone".

Taking photos of the medicine cabinet. Inside? Outside? The idea that there may have been an RX bottle found in the land search is very clever. Maybe the toxicology reports showed long term drugging/poisoning of Caylee. Who knows, they may have found the empty chloroform bottle.

We hear that a swim suit and skirt/dress was found but no mention of shoes. Caylee should be missing a pair of shoes, right? If GA is telling the truth, she didn't walk out of the house without them. Even more telling is if she is not missing any shoes at all.

I wonder when they will schedule the real interviews with GA and CA, the ones where they promise not to lie. Oh, right, not lies, they were "conflicting" statements. I think that means the statements conflicted with the truth. They also expect that the prosecution of KC will bring more conflict for them. "Conflict" is the new buzz word they jumped on.

Does everyone in Orlando say "from day 1" and "absolutely"? I am sick of those words. First the A's overuse of the words, now LE is saying them. ICK!

oh....ok...thank you for letting me know about the drywall.....I just cant keep it all straight with what was said .....and what is a rumor....:)

Just some simple questions:

Why aren't the A's humbled and comforted by the outpouring of love for Caylee?

Why aren't the A's grateful that Caylee was so loved by so many?

Why aren't the A's appreciative of everyone's efforts to find their missing granddaughter?

Why don't the A's show common courtesy and use the simple "Please and Thank You's" most of us were taught when we were two?

-----

Jealous people do not show gratitude. Not going to happen.

Jose Baez just said this about the CSI search warrant

"Know that they're punched in the stomach they're kicking them while they're down"
Oh well at least their not lying in a garbage bag in a swamp, where they saw to it Caylee stayed for six months.
