In my opinion, whoever made the decision to withhold food & water from survivors and those who perished waiting for it, by denying the Red Cross entry should be charged and tried for Crimes Against Humanity!

That would be whoever is in charge of the Loiuisiana Dept of Homeland Security.

ETA: and I believe that person reports to the Governor

The local government has a lot to answer for. The mayor of NO and the governor's political careers are effectively kaput, and they know it, which is one of the reasons they both seemed to go nutso last week and spent more time on national TV trying to asses blame than actually do their jobs.
