I haven't seen a new petition for custody on Crystal's behalf. I understand that there are many opinions about where RJ should be but I have yet to see Crystal say anywhere that Ronald is not a good father. Quite the contrary she stated that he was a good father.

Hi there KOOL....I twitter too. Even though that twitter account states it comes from Crystal I take many of the tweets from that account for what they are....basically a public message forum. I haven't been able to determine if it is really Crystal tweeting those messages. You just never know. I am sure you know this I just wanted to tell you that in case the person sending out those messages wants to start a rumor.

No, I really didn't know this. I did as I read her twitter question if this was really Crystal, that little nag in my head was there. Her public image has never came across like the twitter. That's why I mentioned the other person, I didn't go into full details my suspicions, quesitoning if it really was her. If it's not, maybe we'll hear her in the future set the record straight. Could someone actually set up a twitter using her name and pose as her? There are two news stations following her twitter, "Good Morning America" and "Today I believe". So it left me to think it possibly is her account. Dunno, it's not pivotal to the case, I was just concerned about the timing as I haven't seen Misty repeatedly making the comments she's bringing up. It was said by Misty, that's it. But played repeatedly over tv.

It might help to get familiar with how the family court works. Once awarded custody, it is almost impossible to every get it back. If Crystal had a hundred thousand for attorney's costs, maybe a slight chance.

The only way to get this poor child returned is by RC going to prison or for a hospitalization of the child due to some fault of his. I don't even know if a felony would change things. As you can see, RC is adept at the law. The one case will be delayed and delayed due to his attorney. If RC had a shred of decency he would have let JR stay with his mother due to the problems. I do not see RC EVER giving up this child. It is a competition and a vengeful act because Crystal left him....IMO.

It is a no win situation for Crystal...at least for the time being.

You see what good it did when she tried with DCF. Look at the latest case for DCF in Florida..three days prior to being on scene and declaring all ok, the father kills the entire family.

Another example...OJ...Browns couldn't win. Court awarded him custody...you see how far that went...he retained custody the entire time till they were grown...sooooooo

Let's not fall into the slump that just because the Court awarded RC physical custody they made the right decision.

People seem to want to turn this into a soap opera, I mean is this board here for discussing a missing 6 year old, or her parents sex life? I mean what does this have to do with anything? This woman is hearing reports her child was drugged and tossed in a garbage bag and in put in a lake, excuse her for not being super calm and not your idea of how you think she should be- I am sorry, report this all you want, but this really bothers me, some people here do see her as a past abused woman, see the court documents, and I feel this chatter is re abusing her, and its wrong- just my opinion- I dont take it because she didnt have full custody that she deserved this or is less than a human being or a mother, where is the compassion?

This discussion was initiated by a poster that said "Crystal is heartbroken......how much more can she take? The father of her child being shown cavorting on video with the possible suspect in his daughter's case, the very young girl who is a POI, standing on tiptoe kissing him and he looking like he is enjoying every second of it.....grrrrrrrrrr." Comments like this do start conversations that are probably inappropriate and unnecessary. I suggest that we avoid repetetive negative posting as much as humanely possible.

Crystal's latest tweets: even the coolest and calmest of people have their breaking points. Either someone is egging her own from the Misty camp, or she has just had enough of dealing with Misty's pseudo maternal claims.

Yes, this is certainly true. There is a hundred times more Ron bashing than Crystal bashing. It's getting very old. IMO, there should be much less bashing and much more sleuthing. After all, this site is websleuths.com!

I've suspected Crystal of having some feelings for Ron, and I don't see anything wrong with that, for once I'm sure they were in love and did have two children together. I personally haven't seen either one of them mis-treat each other in anything since this case broke.

Crystal and Ron have a bond, they've had two children together. Those children have to grow up knowing that Crystal is their mother and Ron is their father. That bond will go on throughout their lives. They are the only two people out of the entire cast of characters that knows what this truly feels like. It's natural that they have reached out to one another here and there.

Now Crystals current twitter messages, are extremely disturbing given the timing and bitterness revealing obviously the focus of what's on her mind for many hours according to the time stamps. IMO, I can see someone egging her on who is bitter and angry. Crystal has never seemed like an angry bitter person to me. I see her as calm and not as a drama queen. One of the personality traits that becomes here, so these latest twitters seem so unike her.

If this is Crystal, I'm not surprised that she is now getting angry and showing it. She's matured out of necessity and has grown a lot wiser throughout this ordeal. I'm sure she wishes she were where she is at now long ago when the custody events were happening but that's not the case. She is where she is right now with her first born child missing. I already know that if I had been in her shoes, I would have been angry from the get go and I wouldn't have cared who knew it. It's about time Crystal. Get busy.

For me, personally, I find it unnecessary to label other's comments 'inappropriate and unnecessary'. What one finds inappropriate and unnecessary, another will find spot on and part of a spirited debate that is in keeping with the thread topic and not in any way, shape or form a violation of TOS.

Back to Crystal -- If I were her, I'd swing Misty Cummings around by her ponytail. Like a lariat.

Since this case came up and everything is out there like an open book, I think the court/awarding judge/DCF and LE are/have been taking notes. We shall see what happens when the time comes for this ussue to be dealt with again. Crystal needs to go into court loaded for bear.

In summary, if Crystal fights, she is condemmed for doing so; how dare she do this when Haleigh is missing, she is diverting from the case, etc. etc...nevermind that JR was the child that should have been taken out of that situation.

...OTOH... If she doesn't fight, she is a lousy mother and people want to know what is wrong with her.

JMO I think there also may be other factors to consider, wanting custody or not wanting custody, all kinds of things.

Trying to understand the posts between you and TG. I know nothing about twitter. Is this a different twitter account than the one with the angry comments? Also, she hasn't twittered since July?

So if the one with the angry comments isn't Crystal, who would do such a thing and start making these angry comments towards Misty out of the blue when what Misty said was done 8 months ago? Seems to me there's someone wrapped too tight if it's not Crystal. Crystal is understandable to a degree, but an outsider? Injecting themselves too deep, that's scary.
