Sorry but I think I have must missed the information on Chad hiding his kids I thought it was the other way around, the ex hiding them. Does anyone have a news source or a link they can provide to that information please...
The only place I thought it was being discussed was the RT. I will go back and read here and on Chads thread to see if there is a link but if someone has one handy that would be great...

Mystic I heard it the same way, that Chad's ex was the one doing the hiding for like 2 yrs but I heard it on a radio show....... I never read it anywhere. So I don't know how we can get that info.

Where did you read this? It was posted here that this info. came from the court documents from Ga. Did you read it in some court documents we can access? TIA!

She had a protection from domestic violence w/ children order on Chad for 2 yrs. Maybe it got mixed up. If she had this order, she would have had no reason to hid the kids, unless she was afraid he was going to take them and hid them again from her. With the order she could have had him arrested immediately if he came around.

Did he and R. go to court for custody this last time? It was my understanding they did not and that Chad did not have "formal custody".

Then at the very least, they have resolved their parenting issues, and I don't see why we can't accept that they have resolved them.

yep that is the one, I have no idea of a date, sorry...... It wasn't more than a month or so ago. There was more than one mention of this on there.

I didn't know anyone had not accepted that? I must have missed it. The thing I am interested in and that has been asked about is the charge in Ga. about hiding a child. I don't even know if it was his own child he was hiding. I wish someone that has seen the docs. would clarify.

I don't think Crystal spirited her away herself that night but Tommy was over there earlier and could have unlocked that side door and he was over there later that night and knew everyone was asleep inside and could have called whomever that the coast was clear. Tommy might have known Ron was going to work late that night from the earlier phone call.

If the blanket was indeed gone off the window all someone had to do was look in the window to see where everyone was sleeping, which Tommy said he was there later that night.

This is off topic, so I'll take it up on another thread, but this statement hit me like a ton of bricks. It suddenly occurred to me that this blanket was removed from the window on pourpose, just so someone would have better visibility into the MH (duh!). I was led astray by the "blanket was peed on" story and didn't really think this one through. Thanks, Cajun!

It again appears that the issues were resolved between the two parents to their satisfaction so I don't know that discussing things like this rumor that he hid them (though I am with the group that read that she had) does any good.

I guess it's based on the same slippery slope as the accusations against RC. Because he may have had an assualt charge on his record=he killed Haleigh. And I agree, I would like to see these documents but since I am not in Ga. I don't guess it's going to happen. Although I do readily admit if Chad G. did hid a child pertaining to custody, it would be hinky to me. It means he has planned something like this before. As far as where he would have taken her? That, my friend, is the million dollar question, maybe to Marty? I don't know if he was drinking or not, I have read that here early on and people said it wasn't true and then it was, I don't know. all moo.

Does anyone know how high the windows are from the ground? I am asking b/c in a MH, the windows are not like they are on a concrete home. They are higher b/c the MH is lifted off the ground. just a thought...

I am not trying to be snarky or anything, i just want to make sure nothing has been missed when having my theory in my mind...

Ya know, Whisp--I would REALLY love to see those docs--we know it is NOT a rumor as we have seen the summary paperwork--I realize this is the CS thread...maybe we need an AS thread? I don't know how to start one--AS and her interference in a child custody situation surely have my hinky up. JMO

Wait...I Thought it was the other way around: that the ex and her family hid a child from CG for about 8 months by moving the child constantly between family members. I know Cobra said this on an interview with BNN, and it seems like AH also had that in one of his former articles.

I was thinking the same thing, myself. I once owned and lived in a doublewide and unless you had something to stand on or a deck or porch under the window, you couldn't see in. IMO, I think the blanket story was fabricated to explain why some of the blankets were supposedly washed/and or missing, ie., "the blanket was in the van that they took" comment made by Misty. We still don't know if all the blankets have been found and accounted for.
