Not (that debt was paid, by whom is not my concern as the court, and RC I might add, both accepted and were evidently satisfied... altho perhaps they should demand to know from where, whom, or what, RC's bond money came). Referring to current support here, continuing to be collected... btw anyone have income figures handy from the CS worksheets? JMO

Looks to me that some are angry that Crystal didn't pay the money herself....that is the real issue. It is eating away at the bone. It's as if it there is more contempt for her over her not actually giving it out of her own pocket than there is Happiness for RC getting all the money and being able to buy his children all the necessities of life. I read nothing but complaints that is was her fault that rc had to struggle...well that excuse it now over.

By a generous benefactor paying, it kinda ruined it for those who were using the back child support owed as a weapon against Crystal.

...My interpretation is that it just wasn't enough because Crystal didn't get to suffer when giving him the money.

IMOO, Ronald isn't going to do this and if I were Crystal I would NEVER AGAIN take RC's word on ANYTHING > and I mean ANYTHING. Crystal needs to file a motion with the court to modify the child support order, making a special request to have the portion of HaLeigh's support allocated to an account for the purpose of therapy and other trauma related services/expenses in the chance that HaLeigh, albeit very unlikely, is recovered alive and if not for her burial expenses - untouchable by RC & Company! MOO

This is a great point and I hope Crystal's lawyer thinks of this.

She is no longer a minor because she married, she bonded Ron out of jail, she went before the judge, without per parents, to get a RO against her brother, she also got a license. Only thing she can't do is buy cigarettes and alcohol.

Every motion filed is very expensive. A custody battle can wipe a person out of everything they own. I know one who fought a case oversees (Sweden). It was close to a million...Yeeks!

I just don't know how she can continue this from here on out. And you know what really worries me...What is she wins?!!!!

We don't know Ron is not in agreement. Perhaps we should wait for FACTS before making claims like that. (Yes, I realize you said "if"). Marie just stated in an interview that LE has asked the families not to speak to each other. So, we don't even know if Crystal and Ron had a discussion about counseling.

As far as Crystal taking Junior for counseling in Baker County - that would be a violation of the Court Order if she did so without Ron's permission. In addition to Ron being the custodial parent, why would she want Junior to possibly build a relationship with a counselor that he will not be able to continue seeing due to the distance? Baker County is approximately one and a half to two hours away from where Ron lives. When Junior goes to counseling, he'll go closer to home, IMO. And, again, IMO, I have no doubt that he will get counseling.

I have no doubt that JR would get counseling, the court will order it.
The red flag is, why even have to go to court to get your child counseling, After all JR been thru, any responsible parent would not denied their child counseling JMO

Gee...you mean like all the "humane decent" things Crystal did to him on national television?! Sorry...I don't see him rushing to her aid now. Calling him a snitch, a liar, saying he abused her and worst of all...his children, and the rest of it...she doesn't deserve warm and fuzzy feelings of "Here...let me help you out!", IMO.

I hear you, but I think Ron's days perhaps running around like a loose canon maybe soon over. The trouble he seems to find himself in (regardless of Haleigh disappearance) he appears to be on a downward spiral. Once someone is on a downward spiral, it seems to continue IMO.

The more I think about it the happier I am Misty has a lawyer! Regardless who pays for her lawyer, a reputable lawyer will be giving Misty appropriate legal advice (which could add more pressure in addition to LE) & help. I think Ron is soon going to be a cooked goose JMHO. :behindbar

Yes well RC and MC, OTOH deserve an outpouring of gratitude and affection from CS for their lack of cooperation, assaults, arrests, antics, having heard not one word nor having seen hide nor hair of her precious daughter for over six months--and for all Crystal knows, ever again.

Crystal can fill out a motion to amend child support if she chooses to. She is already paying minimum support but her support payments based on the guidelines would be lowered by about 70 -80 dollars a month. She may not be willing to fle a motion because she is required by the court to notify them when she has more than 500.00 in assets. So it could backfire and actually increase the support payments she is making for JR.

Are you telling me SS that you wouldn't have some serious issues with the father of your child if your child, god forbid, was abducted while in his home, under the care of his girlfriend AND LE was naming her "the key" in the investigation - the key to finding your child?! Crystal has the right to feel what ANY OTHER MOTHER would feel. She HAS NOT LOST THAT RIGHT, nor can you or anyone take that away from her, IMO!

I wouldn't call it a motive, but it sure has worked out for yet another family. I didn't realize they were drawing a "salary" from HBC.
