I wouldn't call it a motive, but it sure has worked out for yet another family. I didn't realize they were drawing a "salary" from HBC.

No ss it hasn't "worked out." It hasn't worked out for them at all. Even you can not possibly believe Haleigh's mother would not rather have her sweet daughter found and safely returned. Unlike RC and MC, Haleigh's maternal family has cooperated and has never refused intervews w LE, who has not complained of inconsistencies on the part of Crystal which is more than I can say for RC's cooperation, and discrepancies in his wife's stories.

Crystal is no closer to having her child accounted for, and I am sure there is nothing she or Marie want more than to know what became of Haleigh and to see her alive once more. No I wouldn't say it's exactly "worked out."

I KNOW for a fact she did plenty to Ronald! I saw it with my own eyes and ears! He is grieving the loss of his child just as much, if not more, than she is and she went on national television to tell the world a pack of lies and BS about him which most were proven in the end to be UNTRUE! Crystal and her mother waged a war to destroy him emotionally and, imo, could have gotten him killed (if someone believed her story that he was a snitch...it could have cost him his life). Ronald HAS done the right thing by not talking about Crystal with all the things he probably could have thrown back in her face.

Ronald HAS done the right thing by Haleigh cooperating fully with LE in the beginning, trying to continue to keep the focus on her, and not openly attacking her mother!! He can't make Misty do anything and if she doesn't know the answers that Crystal or anyone else wants to hear...I recommend she not make them up to satisfy people.

What is going to happen when they find out that Misty really is not the key and Ronald had nothing to do with it either?! Can she just take it all back? Oops isn't EVER going to be enough. Or worse...what if her family IS responsible and this was all just getting the focus to stay on them?! Her focus was certainly not on Haleigh!

Again, no one can prove that Haleigh or Rj were not taken care of properly by Ronald or by Misty! I have not seen either one charged with neglect or anything else. DCF stated they did not find anything to substantiate claims the children were being abused in any way. They did not just sign a piece of paper this time, imo. They did a thorough investigation and worked with LE on the matter, imo.

She is an officer of HBC and is allowed by law to draw a salary off the foundation, so is Marie.

If thats true that is so wrong IMO

And how about those here who have slandered CS... can you ever just "take it all back?" How will you make reparations or restoration if need be? Can it ever be enough?? JMO

Silly me, I was assuming she was basing her calculations on the Florida state guidelines, something very easy to find. Along with the custody docs where the income amounts used to apply to the worksheets :doh:
Those facts are easily found, I confirmed it within minutes, which is how I assume Busy did it...

You are exactly correct it is a combination of the custody documents, as well as the Florida State guidelines. It is just a simple formula you plug the figures into. In reality because RC is not working currently his income would drop and Crystals percentage of responsibility would go up - it would just depend on if the judge based RC on minimum as well as Crystal. I doubt the judge would do that probably come up with a figure for RC somewhere inbetween minimum and what he had been making. This along with the 500.00 asset stipulation my be one of the reasons Crystals has not to filed for a motion to amend child support.

Is there a place to find the worksheets RC filled out?

If I read correctly on the custody doc..his income was 2049 (appr)
and his net was 959 (aprr). I would like to see that breakdown.

Please when you quote my post please quote the entire thing or state snipped. TIA. The child support worksheets are included in the custody documents. I am unsure if they are included in the ones online. I am not going to take the time to scan the page and be accused of altering the document as has happened the last time I scanned part of the custody documents to offer information. I will tell you what figures they used and you can look up the Florida guidelines. You of course can choose to take the information as valid info taken directly from the documents or can disregard makes no difference to me at this point.

Plez, I am not talking about all the posting re child support which you well know, I am referring to the endless casting aspersions, disparaging remarks, implications and even outright accusations that Crystal kidnapped her own child or is somehow otherwise responsible for her own child's disappearance is. NONE of this is fact, none of this was ever proven or substantiated and in fact contradicts what LE has said. This, despite fully cooperating, in an investigation during which she never resisted, or declined interviews, in which LE stated Crystal isn't involved and that Misty, not Crystal, has held back information, and given inconsistent stories. JMO

I am sure the judge saw proof. My friend's soon to be ex had to bring 6 pay stubs in as did my niece's ex so the court could figure out how much child support that had to pay or receive.
