elle, I think this behavior on MG's part could be seen in all the interviews with CS and MG together. IMO. As I have posted many, many times, CS HAS been beaten down but it was NOT by RC. imo.

I am learning, wow.

You know what reading all of this is making me wonder? If perhaps Crystal never told the truth about the custody hearing and accused Ronald of wrong-doing to avoid her mother? Just a question.

That would not surprise me at all. I don't think CS has any ill feelings toward RC I think it's all MG. IMO.

Another huge lie that is cleared up by KP's rebuttal docs. is that of Art H. getting all his info. from TN. KP plainly states in the docs. that she and CS spent alot of time w/ AH.

Seems my research was correct, there was an Affidavit of Service on file with the court. This is Florida law. It was not Ronald Cummings responsibility to inform the process servers of Crystal's whereabouts.

Can someone please help me understand page 12 where it talks about the car accident with Chloe??? Did Crystal give her dad prescription medication that did not belong to her to hide from police?? What in the world!?

I have gazoodles of notes, lol. Yes, there is a fact thread up in the sticky section but there are in total maybe 3 pages, 4 tops. I had the same thought that you did Baz, as far as how a calendar of days and the events that occurred on that day. Then as the case went on we could go from days to weeks because there was a lot of time there that we were getting very little news. I found a lot of patterns forming and things made a lot more sense when I looked at when they were actually occurring.

For example: February 10th could be a starting point. Make that one thread and add anything significant that happened that day. Then continue on with the 11th, 12th and so on. I think by going back through the media links and researching the info for that date would be easy and something that we all could agree on. Of course we would have to start after Haleigh went missing because the events leading up to her disappearance are what we seem to disagree on. I personally wouldn't mind if someone wanted to add a specific event to the time line that happened before the abduction as long as we have the link to support the event. The days could go as deep in events as people wanted to add.
I don't know if a time line like this would be allowed by the mods but if it was I would suggest we do it up in the Sticky threads so we can keep the days in order and nothing slips back despite the number of posts in that thread....ya know what I mean? Keep the days in chronological order no matter if not much happened that. This way anyone who was looking for information could go right to that day and anyone on the internet that was researching information about Haleigh and what happened to this point would have to look no further than Websleuths to find it. I would be willing to devote the time to do this if others are interested as well.

I am very much interested. Chronological order, day by day commencing with (Tuesday), 2/10/09. Events can be listed but only if there is/are media links to substantiate the event. Can we check with the mods to see if it's OK?

I have submitted a request to Chicoliving about organizing the information into a time line thread. Hopefully it will be okay.

I was thinking in a calendar format like we did for Caylee. It seemed to put all the activities of that particular day into perspective and the blanks in between became less obscure that way. Are we thinking on the same kind of thing?

I still don't understand what is SO important about "THE LIE" concerning the custody hearing papers ASSUMING it is true. But again, I suppose if catching Crystal in a lie (about something that has NOTHING whatsoever to do with HaLeigh's disappearance) ranks that high on ones priority list then so be it.

bbm~
btw, in case you missed it Crystal DID admit her drug use on national television and I feel sure that it wasn't something that was easy to do, but she did it anyway. Ron, on the other hand admits NOTHING regarding drug use, except of course the medication that he takes for his "accidental injuries" whatever in the he!! that is. So she gets slammed for being putting her dirty laundry out there and despite his drug arrests, since he admits nothing he must be innocent. :waitasec: I just hate it when I keep getting picked up for drugs that I don't have or use. :banghead: As you say, lying about it goes with the territory and he sure is good at rationalizing and deflecting. And IMHO he has never had to deal with the consequences of his actions....YET..
I don't think, Pondering, that the issue is so much that Crystal lied or that she and her family and attorney tried to show her in the most positive light. Why air dirty laundry in public....nothing wrong with that!

But, these documents contain information that shows much more about Crystal's and Marie's character than we were aware of. We had seen Marie as someone who tended to run her daughter's life. Now, Marie has been revealed as someone who lies and engages in very devious manipulation. She must have felt that it was justifiable, but she led a concerted effort to assassinate the character of Ron & his family. For custody? Out of pride? For revenge? To deflect attention? LE needs to consider this new information as they look at all aspects of Haleigh's disappearance. We don't know if LE was aware of all of this.

Kamky, this is partly why I have been focussed on MG.

Yes, that is what I was thinking. Chicoliving has responded and said that the timeline threads are fine, by day, as long as all the events are taken from the media links and documented to confirm validity. No rumors, nothing. There is plenty of information to use. Just have to get started is all. Probably what we could do is just set up the threads by day and people can add information following the guidelines already establshed for the forum.

Oh Baz I just read your post....lol. I was going to start a thread for each day that way everyone here in Haleigh's forum could add a spcific event that they have in their notes or in their memory. When you said like on the Caylee forum, I thought this was what you meant...Did you mean like a real calender with squares?

I laid awake in bed last night thinking about Haleigh....again. Turning over and over all the thoughts in my mind and it occurred to me that the lie about the custody proceedings might not lead to Haleigh now, 9 months later, but, I believed that Crystal truly was being forthcoming about what happened. Does one lie make you a liar? I tell my children not to lie because if they do, Mommy will always wonder if she can trust them, even when they are telling the truth. My sister once told me when we were both very young and I found out that she had taken a pack of gum from the store without paying for it, she told me.."Everyone lies", back then I said " No they don't!" I still believe that today. I don't lie, people lie to deceive and bury the truth.

What does all of that mean? When you lie, you become a liar.
Who has been 100% truthful in this case?

Reminds me of a line in a song, can't remember the name- "Everybody lies, that's the truth"...la la la (Elle-not saying you do, but you very well might be one of a Very few)

lol...I hope I am not one of the few. I have managed to find a husband(18 yrs and counting) that doesn't lie and raise 4 children that would rather eat a raw onion like an apple before they would lie, My mother in law doesn't lie, my father in law doesn't lie, I mean I could go on...lol.

Maybe I am naive, but I also don't allow people to lie to me. I am very blessed and thankful.

people lie. they tell little falsehoods, and big whoppers. it is the people who make it a way of communicating that are the problem.

(p.s., my dear father-in-law (RIP) used to eat onions like apples. grossest thing i've ever seen in my life.)

Yes, that is what I meant. That way you're looking at the month at one time. Each day has each event listed, some days are blank until people begin adding to it. Once you see how the events went down day by day, the week becomes more clear as to what happened on what day, where and when. Kind of like tracking the movements of the key characters. I'm already guessing this will enable a lot of us to see which one stands out above all others and possibly which direction Haleigh went.

Trouble is I'm not computer savvy enough to set it up. Could we use the one from Caylee's stickies as a template?

I think if I remember correctly the calendar was in the stickies for Caylee and the discussion for each day was it's own thread. That way posters could work together finding links for the events they want to post and have discussion in those threads to agree on things before it was added to the calendar. I think. Can anyone remember?
