I think if I remember correctly the calendar was in the stickies for Caylee and the discussion for each day was it's own thread. That way posters could work together finding links for the events they want to post and have discussion in those threads to agree on things before it was added to the calendar. I think. Can anyone remember?

yes ma'am. I went ahead and started a few threads(9th, 10th, and 11th) and added a few posts to get it started. Unfortunately, my little one came home from school not feeling so well so I will not be able to devote a whole lot of time today. I know there are so many of you that can add the information to the threads, you guys are amazing that way!!

I will be more than happy to add everything from my notes. Feel free to add a new thread, different day and all the information from that day.

Gee. CS lied. Surprise. And the lie she told convinced so many people that Ron manipulated the entire legal system of Putnam County and purposefully gave the wrong address for service, cheating CS out of her day in custody court.

Now it seems she just couldn't get out of bed to go to court. Kinda like when she couldn't get Haleigh to the Doctor appointments. (or is this still Ron's fault?)

She lied about Ron and abuse of the children. Nothing to it either.

She is a drug addict and her own lawyer found that her addiction and living arrangements were not suitable and that she would never gain custody of the children under those circumstances.

She wanted a reduction in monthly child support (which she never paid anyway) a month after her daughter disappeared.

She was about to go to court for failing to pay child support for 3-4 years.

She got into an accident with Chloe in the car, and handed her father a bottle of pills before LE arrived? Is this right?

Her seizures are drug related as in maybe withdrawal?

This is the person some of you think is a good mother and should have had custody of the children? Really?

Even her father thought she shouldn't have the kids.

What a crock.

Who took this child!

I wish LE could beat people until they talk.

LE has not released the results of Misty's, nor any lie detector tests. We only know the results of ONE of Misty's LDT - the one that Tim Miller set up. So yes - Misty failing "several" LDTS *IS* a rumor unless LE gives the results of her LDTS and unless they state that she has failed.

I really thought that this was a place that one could post their opinion even in multiple threads. I have yet to read in TOS that it is wrong. Perhaps there is a secret listing of rules that you are privy to that I do not have?

The only results we have from ANY polygraph that Misty took was from her testing with Tim Miller. That was obviously a PRIVATE test not set up through LE. LE has NEVER given the results of anyone's polygraph testing.

I am not looking all over the internet for the quote. It has been stated..IIRC..that she has failed multiple LD tests. Up to you as to whther you believe the source reliable.

Not a pretty picture...and I think CS is very flawed. I gotta wonder why after the 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc missed appointment...why weren't other arrangements made as Haleigh needed to see a doctor? I can guarantee you that if someone blew off taking my child to the doctor more than maybe once or twice---there'd be no 12 chances.....This info just saddens me....no one seemed to put Haleigh first....IMO..

It is very sad, but it is legitimate. Crystal might have had any number of reasons why she never got off her tush and got Haleigh to the dr, but after the first or second time.....why didn't someone else step in???? This isn't about blaming everyone else for Crystal's behavior; in fact, as unflattering as it is, she herself put it out there. Why was this child not taken to the doctor by anyone else she lived with (and at this time, I believe it was Ronald and TN, with GGM at the ready). Sure people have to work, but everyone with a child has had to make arrangements when they needed to get their child to the doctor.

Just because Crystal was too lazy to get up and take her doesn't mean once it was found out they were missed that RC and family didn't re-schedule. Alot of times Dr. Appts. are made in advance at the time you leave one appt. and I'm sure that if GGM or TN took Haleigh to the Dr., they didn't check the visitation schedule for the next appt. made. moo.

ETA: Crystal was living w/ Marie and Chad, looks like someone there could have gotten her to at least one of these 12 appts. There is no legitimate reason for her to be too lazy to take her child to the Dr. imo. Her own Mother said it was laziness.

It has never been confirmed that the reason Crystal didn't take Haleigh to the doctor's appointments was laziness. No one is really sure of any reason. I was under the impression and now I'm asking that Crystal didn't have a driver's license during all of this time, anyone remember?

Also no one knows what her seizures are related to. How unkind to state these things as facts when we just don't know. Crystal has flaws, I do too. No matter what her flaws, she was not the custodial parent the night Haleigh vanished.

About ten years ago I had two seizures and the reason was never found, and I have never taken illegal drugs. So, anyone who says differently is purely speculating unless they have her doctor's reports.

You are far more generous than I...If my child had a genetic disorder and a couple appointments were missed on someone's watch-- I can assure you that they no longer would have that task as their responsibility REGARDLESS of the reason.....JMO

Crystal's lawyer is the one who wrote drug addictions/seizures. One could draw the conclusion that since she had access to CS's drug tscreens and Dr. records she is implying that the seizures were caused by drug addictions. Why else would it be written that way? IMO, because KP concealed the drug usage and only said seizures until the bar complaint, then she finally let it be known that the seizures were coming from drugs.

Mebbe you could check the document and see if it doesn't have Ronald testifying in the hearing that some of those missed appt's were the reschedules, and that Crystal hadn't gotten Haleigh to those, either.

That says to me that no one got her to the dr..........not just Crystal.

According to the Florida Bar documents the testimony was that Crystal missed 12 recent doctor's appointments. How recent? Who knows. There is no excuse to continuously miss doctor's appointments, Doesn't matter if Crystal missed them or Ronald missed them, Haleigh paid the price.

I find it hard to comprehend the argument that Ronald just stood by and did nothing about Haleigh missing her appointments. This is the man that everyone says is abusive and controlling, yet some would suggest he conform to those descriptions and put his foot down. I doubt that would have been well received by Crystal or Marie. Who knows though, right?

What I am more concerned with is that Kim P stated that Crystal had made few attempts to have time sharing with the children. I was curious about what exactly time sharing was.
