On Sunday December 23, the Rocky Hill Police Department received a report of a missing 79-year-old male by the name of Alfred Papineau Jr. (DOB 1/22/1939). Alfred was last seen in the town of East Hampton Connecticut leaving a friends home and did not return to his home in Rocky Hill. Alfred was last seen wearing blue jeans, black sneakers, and a black jacket. Alfred is a white male approximately 5’10” tall weighing 155 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. Alfred left East Hampton at approximately 1:30 PM in his vehicle, a 2013 Hyundai sonata color black bear in Connecticut registration 704ZHK. Alfred is diagnosed with dementia. Alfred has been reported missing and a silver alert has been issued.
