Statewide Silver Alert issued for missing Rocky Mount woman
ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (WITN) - A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a missing woman from Eastern Carolina.
Akia Freeman was last seen on North Pearl Street in Rocky Mount.
The 21-year-old is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Freeman is 5'2" tall, weighs 182 pounds, and has medium length black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
Anyone with information on Freeman should call Rocky Mount police at 252-972-1411.
