ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (WITN) - The Rocky Mount Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing endangered man.

A Silver Alert was issued Saturday evening for Gilbert Brown, 55, last seen near Daniels Avenue in Battleboro.

Brown is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Brown is 5 feet and 9 inches and weighs about 200 pounds.

He has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a beige bap, a black coat, an orange shirt, blue jeans and white shoes.

Anyone with information is asked to all the Rocky Mount Police Department at 252-972-1411 or 911.
