"Amber Allard, 28, was last living in New London and may be in the New London, Groton or Norwich areas. Allard, who is white and has brown hair, may be in the company of a man who goes by the name "Snoop," police said in a news release.

Norwich police Lt. John Perry said police do not know if she is in danger. They are asking anyone with information about Allard or her whereabouts to call the department at (860) 886-5561."
