I almost hate to bring this up but ... I'm going to risk it. :waitasec:

What if this is a fellow employee-stalker-at-work incident?

Annie strikes me as the sort of woman that would not take a stalker-at-work situation lightly, and would not hesitate to bring her concerns to her superiors.

... And now we're reading that the cops already had their eye on this guy ... the POI ...
http://www.nhregister.com/articles/2009/09/14/news/doc4aae5d57ae145175622155.txt

...And we know that Annie's boss should be highly sensitive to sexual harrassment in the workplace issues... (ahem) ...

... And if it turns out that the perp was on the NH police's "list to watch", and, postulating further, and than Annie was not shy about reporting ... and had an incident where she escaped into a car ... and others which she reported ... and if I was her family ...

Oh nevermind. We really have to just wait for the facts, don't we.

salverenga, thank you! It's not the exact list but what you just supplied answered a question I had about 10 minutes ago! YALE OFFERS RODENT SERVICES! Please refer to the below link...I certainly don't want to go off on a tangent but it could be linked somewhat...maybe not, but maybe...

http://info.med.yale.edu/yarc/vcs/rodent.htm

Quote
The Rodent Service provides comprehensive breeding and colony management services to assist investigators with rodent-based research. The benefits are as follows:

Ensures regulatory compliance
The following services are available at an hourly rate of $77. Total breeding colony management packages or individual services are provided. Individual consultation is provided at no charge.

Weekly (minimum) monitoring of breeding pairs
Twice weekly (minimum) monitoring of harem breeding pairs
Daily monitoring of pregnant females and females with litters
Separation of pregnant females (harem pens)
Weaning
Setup and retirement of breeders
Timed matings
Identification of individual animals
Record keeping and monthly reports
Biopsy for DNA analysis
Euthanasia
The Rodent Service can also provide technical assistance with chronic drug administration, sample collection, minor surgical procedures and other experimental procedures in rodents.
UNQUOTE

Now, I wonder if Annie or her research team used these services. I would think the service tech would be housed in the lab itself...and I know from Annie's med docs that she used mice...

Here's another list of names:

NG just said why do cops say 'you are all safe!'

If that's the case then I know exactly who the suspect is.

Where I live we all share a gym and pool and clubhouse by swiping a card and we always hold the door open for people we know........happens here all the time......
I'm sure the same with YALE and the girl saw through the door that Annie had her hands full. If only Annie would of had her hands free. I'm wondering if once she got to basement with holding that book, package whatever, she had no chanse when she was attacked.
Good point about her having her hands full with whatever she was carrying and maybe the perp got into the lab by offering to help her out? I still think it's someone she knew though since LE is saying it wasn't random. MOO

Dr Lee says hold up is DNA from victim, clothes and perp........a couple days.......
then ME will tell how she died?????

Since it has been suggested that an Autoclave or steam set the alarm off at around 12:45 pm, and since the general speculation that I have read seems to indicate the perpetrator set it off after the crime, I have this question to pose.

What if the steam and/or Autoclave was the cause of the crime or a fight of sorts occurred, thereby setting the alarm off at the start of or occurring during the crime?

BBM: Where did you read this?

I just read a lab technician failed a poly & had scratches on his chest. But no mention that LE had him in their sights.

How far away is the location where the bloody clothes were found from the placement of Annie LE?

Whether the bloody clothes were placed in the ceiling before or after the placement of her body, would indicate the perpetrators familiarity with the building.

If the perp put the bloody clothes in the ceiling after hiding Annie, then they would have risked a second (or third) exposure by others, in yet another location, assuming the murder happened in neither the wall location nor the ceiling location.

There are multiple criminal scenes here.

Breaking down the process the perp went through is important.

my understanding is same room

Since LE allowed people to freely go about in the building all week, as indicated by a person who was interviewed on NG tonight, this would indicate to me that they would have to look at alot more video than just Tuesday's.

Moving of evidence or who know's what could have occurred that week.

Anything is possible.

Watching JVM ISSUES....what really bothers me is a 'human found, human remains found' and not a body............til Annie was ID. What was done to her? Does that make sense? I have heard that when bodies found out in the woods and decomposed, but this was in a cool basement???

I think it is odd that the clothes were not with her body......he hid stuff in 2 different places and allot of evidence left behind, but LE is closed lipped about that? Hope DNA comes through quick.......how long does it take?
JVM says a "man"...........

I'm sorry in advance if this bothers anybody...but...I personally think Yale's police department did a shoddy job in the beginning...This promising young mind was found in the very lab she does experiments in! I, as a taxpaying citizen, have to question how Yale can receive several million, possibly billions, of dollars yearly and their police department is inept!
