Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a Norwich man missing since Nov. 30, according to a press release.

Anthony Frank, 52, is described as a white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 230 pounds.

He was missing since Nov. 30 but nobody issued an alert until Dec. 18? Huh, I wonder why...
