It's interesting to see this case pop up, a 12-year-old who was treated as a juvenile and did not receive a long sentence, presumably.

Because we have been discussing the recent case in Pennsylvania, an 11-year-old who, despite his age and allegedly autism, may be charged as an adult. (He allegedly shot his father, Douglas Dietz. You can look the case up here using the father's name.)
