It's interesting to see this case pop up, a 12-year-old who was treated as a juvenile and did not receive a long sentence, presumably.

Because we have been discussing the recent case in Pennsylvania, an 11-year-old who, despite his age and allegedly autism, may be charged as an adult. (He allegedly shot his father, Douglas Dietz. You can look the case up here using the father's name.)

Very late also - but i knew this family. The boy's name is Aidan Curtin-Murphy. No idea where he is now or what happened with the legal proceedings but i heard rumblings that he was released into his parents custody and he is in a residential treatment center, but that was years ago. He's 20 now so who knows
