MERIDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Carlos Burgos, 14, who has been missing from Meriden since Thursday, March 16.
Burgos is described by police as a white/Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5-feet, 1-inch tall and weighs 100 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt hooded jacket, black jeans, and Crocs
