Authorities in Connecticut ask public for help locating missing Hartford teen Chance Baker -

HARTFORD, Conn. —

The Hartford Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing teen who hasn't been seen since Feb. 18. Chance Baker, a 15-year-old from Hartford, was last seen wearing black or tan cargo pants, a black hooded sweatshirt and blue Nike sneakers. He is believed to have run away from home, although increasing concern for his well being led to his classification as an endangered runaway.

If he hasn't been seen since Feb. 18, I wish it hadn't taken til March 1 to declare him missing. I also wonder why they have declared him as an 'endangered' runaway.
