Mr. Martinez is a lucky man. He began abusing a 7 year old victim in 2007 and continued until 2009.
He was allowed to plead to felony risk to a minor with a sentence of 2-5 years, instead of the criminal sexual abuse charges which carried 10-25 years per charge.
2-5 years. And the child is sentenced to life. Way to go, CT.
