crime of passion- well he should of thought about the weapon he was using ..fire poker an ornament - maybe that could be accepted as --instantaneous and uncontrollable. Baseball bat -na- he premeditated the beating.
Best advice i got when i was in a violent marraige, was get under a bed or car, closets are not good, and if you do get cornered -go fetal and get your arms over your head to protect it. jmo moo

I saw this when trying to find out if there was an update on her prognosis.
