Girls, Ages 3 & 1, Missing From West Haven: Police | West Haven

Silver Alerts have been issued for two children, ages 3 and 1, who were reported missing from West Haven and are believed to be with their mother, according to state police. The alerts were issued late Tuesday night for Eden Louis, 3, and 1-year-old Elan Louis.

The girls are believed to be with their mother, 31-year-old Whitney Carmichael, who is operating a 2014 Silver Volkswagen Tiguan with Connecticut plate AH18297.
