Found Deceased CT - Emanuel Ramos, 37, New Haven, 8 Nov 2017

Police are looking for a missing 37-year-old man last seen at the summit of East Rock Park on Wednesday.

Emanuel Ramos is described as a white, balding man, approximately 6 feet tall and 280 pounds, according to a release from New Haven police. He was last seen wearing black camouflage pants and a gray hooded sweatshirt.

Police say he suffers from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, and his parents have indicated he has not been taking his medications. A Silver Alert was also issued for Ramos on Wednesday evening.
