Ms. Tynan was last seen at Kennedy High School in Waterbury on Thursday 1/26/17 however it was determined that she had not attended an after school program held in the afternoon in Waterbury.

Ms. Tynan lives with a foster family in Naugatuck and her foster family reported her missing at about 11:00 PM.
