NORWICH, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Jan Garcia, a 14-year-old Norwich boy, has been reported missing since June 3, according to authorities.

Garcia is considered an "endangered runaway," who is described as white, with black hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds.
