Alert Issued for Missing Hartford Teen

Jaquan Bonilla, 14, was last seen on Tuesday morning before going to school at Fox Middle School in Hartford, according to the alert. Jaquan’s foster parents reported him missing at 9:45 p.m., when he did not return from school. Whether he went to school on Tuesday is not known.
