May Randolph see this treachery for what it is- MT needs to stay in prison as long as possible because she will never give up trying to desecrate the memory of Jennifer.

Yep, revise the record with ZERO PROOF and based on his word and with no jury present and with ZERO EVIDENCE.

BS and totally in line with propaganda guidelines that we have seen from MT and her family now for years.

Judge should just shut this sham down as no evidence exists to support ANY of these claims.

The state finishes. Attorney Jon Schoenhorn begins. He notes there are 44 people here from all over the world who are here in support of Troconis.


Schoenhorn: I want to correct a false narrative that Troconis was responsible for the breakup of Fotis and Jennifer Dulos' marriage and that Troconis wanted to replace Jennifer Dulos and become the kids' parent.



Schoenhorn: We have text messages from 2016 showing Troconis was hesitant to move to Connecticut, but Fotis Dulos told her and her family it was an amicable breakup and that Jennifer was fine with Troconis moving in.


Schoenhorn: The court kept out a lot of the divorce court proceedings, but I read all the documents and Michelle had no involvement in the divorce. Anything she knew about it came from what Fotis told her.


Schoenhorn: Contrary to what was said today, Michelle has helped law enforcement over the years to search for Jennifer Dulos. There is no evidence that she knows what happened to her or where she is.

Now Defence is backing off on the discredited Herman Report - claim that MT was simply repeating FD comments to her is simply not plausible and is not supported by any evidence in the MT trial OR Family Court record.
