I don't think that is correct, if by listing the repetitive 5's you mean cumulative. 20 on the conspiracy. 5 on the others - concurrent. They are not cumulative.

Schoenhorn says Troconis will appeal and he's asking for appellate bond while the appeal is pending. Randolph denies the request for an appeal bond. It's not a consitutional right.
