I'm still curious how MT thinks this report will help her appeal? Everyone knows it's been proven to be false and unreliable information. The entire GAL system is corrupt (paid $350.00/hr by the state and who knows how much by Fotis to report in his favor). How does revealing a report with invalid information assist her in anyway? Jon should be punished for distributing an invalid report to his knucklehead client who overly obsesses over something that isn't real.

I think... she thinks it's favorable to FD and if FD was going to get custody, motive evaporates.

It's ludicrous.

MT had every opportunity to warn JFD of her fate at the hands of FD, but instead she wanted to live JFD's life herself! Get her gone...

And then when MT learned the snake her lover was, she was given yet another chance to tell the State all of FD's secrets and help prosecute him for murder but again MT chose to play coy with investigators. And her interviews convicted her.

MT has ignorantly believed she could get herself out of this with "the report" her defense alleges was favorable towards FD-- and supposedly mentioned MT in a positive statement! An invalid (fraudulent) report that the Court ordering the report itself rejected!

Yup, from what we know of MT, sounds exactly right. JMO

So….if it paints FD in a favorable light, and mentions her briefly in a positive way, is she still trying to say “maybe she ran away”-“maybe nobody killed her”, or “she might have killed herself”? She still doesn’t understand that it’s been well-established (and the majority of her trial proved) that she was murdered and FD, with her complicity, murdered her. She really is stupid.

Inadvertent means without knowledge or intent. Having a document displayed on your computer screen in a GIANT font is not at all without knowledge or intent. You have to “click” on the document, highlight the print and “click” on the upper arrow to increase the font size so everyone in the courtroom can read it. That takes knowledge and/or intent. Sounds like she’s represented by another bozo.

She was very well aware that the report was discredited. The gravy train was running dry. Her financial support from the baby daddy was sunsetting (daughter turning 18 soon), the financial support from Jennifer’s family was sunsetting and Fotus’s company had sunset, so the only hope for any livelihood was for three friends to conspire to murder a mother of 5 children to gain any financial support attached to the children. She knew exactly what she was doing. I’m thinking the motivation to display the report was to either cause a mistrial or provoke reasonable doubt. She’s so evil.

FD & MT really did deserve each other. I'm recalling after JFD was reported missing, despite a court order ruling FD only allowed supervised visitation with his kids, FD thought he could just show up in NY and collect the kids and the Nanny had better have them packed and ready for him! He truly believed he was home free. Collect the kids and collect $$$$$ as he passed Go! Sure glad he got the "Go to jail" card, don't pass Go, you get nothing, sooner than later. JMO

You are absolutely right, they did deserve each other. Both planned and executed a sloppy murder. What surprises me, is KM's involvement. He's a bit smarter and certainly knows the risks surrounding murder (as an attorney) i.e., CCTV, DNA, cell phone "pings" etc...was he so desperate for money that he was willing to assist in a murder knowing the tracking risks? That's baffling. I wish he'd go to trial.

I was thinking at the time that she was trying to provoke a mistrial-but after that failed to happen, her friend Petu alluded to holding something in her bag that would exonerate MT, and I do think that she was talking about that report, although she didn’t name it. That was supposed to be the reasonable doubt, and would explain why she claimed to have evidence, but had not given it to MT’s lawyers to use. And what was Petu doing with such information? Even if she did not actually have a copy, she knew what was in it, in my opinion.

Lauren wasn’t only supposed to have them ready-she was supposed to bring them, and “don’t be late”! That is the part that made me think he was tripping off with MT, her daughter, and the 5 kids.
