GUILTY CT - Jennifer Dulos, 50, deceased/not found, New Canaan, 24 May 2019 *ARRESTS* #71

I'm wondering what good is unsealing a document that has been validated nine ways to Sunday, Corrupt and Invalid? I'm at a loss of it's value.
Agreed-but they apparently still want to push the “Jennifer is crazy-she must have orchestrated her own disappearance”. I say this, because after the trial, where MT was convicted of her part in the conspiracy, her sister had a social media post on X, where she said “we don’t even know if she’s dead”, about Jennifer. Now, we all know, and the Troconises know, that Jennifer is dead-but they are trying every which way, to get that 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 out of prison, and I think they still have to float the possibility that no murder occurred. Also, the Troconises hate Jennifer, and the Farber family, and want to destroy her reputation, because of what they believe the Farbers have done to poor, sweet Michi. I cannot think of another reason why they’d still be pushing to use and release that report.

A true testament to their level of "irrational" because even if the report says that Jennifer suffered from some mental disorder, it's illegal to murder and/or co-conspire a murder of someone who is mentally stable or mentally unstable. You go to jail. It's just such a waste of everyone's time.

The inmate can't seem to device if her story is that FD was a con man who tricked her or if she has no idea what happened to JFd. And none of it is credible.

It seems like she thinks the sealed report is her ticket to ride, that it can prove she had no motive, namely that there's something in it that she thinks makes it look like FD was going to get custody... so therefore he'd have no reason to murder JFd so therefore and heretofore they're innocent. It's so bizarrely illogical.

It wasn't even custody that he wanted. He wanted zero child support. He wanted Farber trust money. He wanted not to have to work hard or much or well, and he wanted to waterski with the oldest two, while carrying on with his paramour. But here's the real clincher. Any movement was a long way off and FD and the inmate had no patience for that. So IMO he and his attorney friend brainstormed how to eliminate their marriages without divorce.

I think FD thought he was a genuis -- all the benefits of divorce without the loss of one single penny, instant access to a lot of money and custody/visitation/shared parenting nonsense. He could make all his problems go up in smoke, which is exactly what IMO the inmate did with all of FD's divorce papers, volumes of them, while she did a happy dance. She knew the divorce was finally over, no matter to her thst it was murder. She didn't care about that. She just wanted what she wanted when she wanted it.

I don't think there's anyone left on the planet outside her family and her bff who believe for a second that definitive proof of a pending divorce erases motive. FD was way past divorce. Murder checked more boxes. And it was faster.

FWIW I don't think her family and her bff believe it either.

All they care about is the inmate's image.

But if she really were nothing but duped by FD, where's her remorse? Where is her sense of horror for having participated unwittingly in his horrid scheme? Robbing 5 children of their mother.

Nope, she ain't got time for that.

I ain't got time for her.

Maybe this is just the way this family only knows how to function since the day MT was born? She’s been trouble from Day One and their life’s focus has been troubleshooting her horrific decisions and now it’s gotten to a level of why stop now with murder/incarceration? I would think having her in a controlled environment would give them some sense of relief. A bit of an exhale.

IMO, the crystal clear focus of MT (and her family) should be that she actively participated in destroying the life of a mother with 5 beautiful children. IMO, this all began when she drove her car to NYC to research the Farber’s family assets. Bingo. She was without a doubt, singularly motivated to find out what the financial gain was to a murder plot. And the rest is history.

Atty Weinstein alluded to this in his deposition questions for MT in the civil case (she declined to answer). I was puzzled that LE didn't further investigate this and gather evidence on it, or if they did it wasn't mentioned at trial, that I recall. To me it strongly supports the conspiracy claim against MT.

It seems clear to me that money was the reason that F sought custody. Secondarily, he wanted to harm Jennifer by taking what she loved the most from her.

While his decisions such as seeking custody and committing murder were VERY detrimental to his children, it doesn't mean he didn't love them. It just meant he forgot about them while working to harm Jennifer.

He threw out 5 babies with the bath water, and the bath water wasn't even dirty.

I wonder why this visit to NYC, and the records dept did not come up in her trial? As a juror, this would have been a smoking gun for me.

Don’t disagree at all @Jmoose ….. one more thing. One additional factor.

And IIRC, when I believe it was state’s attorney Sean McGuinness gave that part of the state’s closing …… there would then have been I think ~31 ‘coincidences’ that spoke to the now convicted defendants’s guilt. As I recall, ~30 were given in that closing. Quite a list. MOO

It’s true that there were more than enough coincidences to stack up against MT…but I think this one is particularly shocking.

To go off on a tangent somewhat, here's news on the ethics case against former Dulos/MT prosecutor Colangelo for hiring daughter of Kosta Diamantis, hoping to get raises for his department.

I completely agree (disappointed). It's interesting that there wasn't a new hire review committee, especially for someone with that salary. If there was, I'm sure someone would have spoken up and said, "eh, no, she may be the best qualified, but it's a bad look, Rick". But then again, it's Connecticut!

Do they think this is going to help her case? Complaint Filed After 'Inappropriate' Strip Search Of Michelle Troconis: Report
Sigh, poor Michi...
I saw that…I really doubt that they are targeting her. If she is getting strip searched, and other women aren’t regularly getting them, it’s either because she has given them reason to think it’s necessary, or she is doing things in prison that’s pissing off the COs. There’s no other reason that this is happening. Boy, do I hope they eventually find something!

These people (Troconis family) really are horrible, aren’t they? So they strip searched her prior to her visit with her sister, not after…She must have really pissed somebody off, for them to do that at a time when she could immediately complain to her sister. I dunno; maybe I don’t understand prison culture, but it does sound like they don’t like Missy very much.

One wonders what the inmate has tried to smuggle into or out of prison that they should need to monitor her so closely. Legal papers come to mind.

The security, integrity and safety of the prison is paramount. The inmate's personal comfort is not.

It's not a Hilton, Buttercup.

Reportedly, York Corrections is slated to receive two body scanners so maybe this will end MT's searches and complaints about being targeted:

"It is worth noting that the Department of Correction recently was approved funding for four body scanners, which will greatly reduce the need for strip searches," the spokesperson said. "Two of the body scanners are slated for installation at the York Correctional Institution (the state's only prison for females)."

The state General Assembly passed legislation this year requiring the DOC to file a report to lawmakers on the use of strip searches by 2027. A separate report issued by a firm contracted by the DOC in late 2024 said the agency uses strip searches too often.

I still want her strip searched, because it bothers her so. I do wonder if she will complain about the scanners, though…”I can’t believe they don’t trust me!”
