He is reported to have made a statement that he never entered the house during the Wed evening BBQ at her home. And there is consideration that he was supervised during that time as to his interactions with the children as per the child visitation requirements.

I don't feel like he dismembered her but who knows. I have been more inclined to think he would have thrown her remains in a construction dumpster earlier in day and clean up dump at Albany ave. was round 2 of dumping things. I (obviously) don't know though.

Do we know what kind of bags he was tossing on Albany Ave. ? Garbage bags? If so, black ones/white ones? Grocery store plastic bags? 30 bags is a lot to dump.

I think we know he made 30 stops but aren't sure whether they dumped 30 bags. Maybe some of the cans were too full to add to them.

Matt & Sweat used pepper to hide their scent after the Dannemora prison escape while on foot. Don't know if it would work sprinkled on a truck to hide the decomp smell for these k-9s though.

However the security company may be able to assist LE in determining when those alarmed doors were opened and closed and thereby assist in providing a very tight timeline of the crime and it's aftermath

Exactly. No one blaming her at all. FD also could have lulled her into a false sense of security by being pleasant in the months before the murder.

The cycle of abuse. She knew what he was capable of per the court docs but being far away and away from him for almost two years perhaps she waiverd in thought. The cycle of abuse has the victim questioning themselves and going back and forth. I’m frankly surprised that she thought he would keep up the medical insurance. He didn’t want to pay for anything! The best thing she could have done with that is get some herself for her and the children and not involve him. I hope she was seeing a good therapist. Not victim shaming just putting this out there. Clearly she and the children are in the abuse cycle. I feel very sad.

NP knows a trial is coming IMO. He's trying to humanize FD. Maybe try to get one or two people in the public to like FD. Hence, the very public announcement of MT an FD breaking up. Also could FD of been having lunch with a female reporter?

I wouldn't think Pattis would want FD speaking directly to a reporter. If this woman picks up the check she could be the next wife!

In a home if that size and price range, and if she felt threatened by her husband:
Why did she move to such an isolated home? The house does not appear to have security entrance gates, it did not apparently have cameras monitoring and recording the property, inside/outside of the home, nor an alarm system that included her garage, a panic button worn around her neck she can press to activate home alarm system if an intruder approached her, also no a private security consultant; Obviously money was no concern for her, or her family, given their lifestyles:
Why were these basic security features missing?:
Do not understand, if she seriously felt her life, and safety, were in danger, why she did not display any outright prophylactic precautions. Did her nanny live in the house full time?
Just, as an interior designer of very large homes and mansions I would say that security concerns is very basic normally and appear to be totally lacking here!
Also, as a prior RN who worked forensics;
Everyone that can afford protection should never overlook this feature... there are many many psychopaths relieved everyday from prisons; do not understand her lack of security/protection.,,

I’ve wondered the same. I don’t live in a mcmansion, but have a nice Sam Club camera system. Goes to my phone or computer and I can access 24/7.

This is the most puzzling to me. No camera system, remote location, kinda makes ya wonder....

I agree it is not a reporter. If there is a news camera or mic anywhere around, NP is gonna be sure he is front and center, and the one speaking, certainly not FD. I suspect she is a relative.

According to my attorney, (during my CT divorce), the rules and stipulations of CT Divorce state that a spouse and/or children can not be dropped from insurance policies until divorce is finalized.

I can tell you that from my own experience, I didn't worry too much about security until I had a robbery or two, then when I did install a sophisticated alarm system, I was still broken into while
I was home in the shower. the perp lifted the sliding door off the
track to get it unlocked and came in, looked around, realized I was
home and went back outside where I saw the perp. My alarm was
going off on top of my roof. the perp was an on duty deputy sheriff in full uniform. He actually pointed his drawn gun at me
through my bedroom glass doors when he knew I saw him.

Long story short, he lied about the details, etc. so all I could do was call his shift deputy and tell him to warn his deputies that a crazy woman with a sawed off
shotgun lived at this address and they better not be coming in again.
Women living alone put up with all kinds of problems and I'm sure JD was doing as best she could considering her circumstances.

It was his responsibility to keep up with the payments.
Usually Family Court will order the party with the best insurance policy to cover the children as the primary insurance. If the other parent wants to get their own, then it would be secondary.
I don't think they had gotten that far yet. It would have been part of the child support order.
They were likely still working on all these details, but I don't see any reason why she would have been expected to get a new policy for five children when one already existed. Imo
