So NP finally got around to trashing the victim. Well, that was incredibly restrained for him. So, what's his strategy? JD is unbalanced, suicidal or got even with FD by faking her death, abandoning her children. Of course GF is in on it to. There just one small problem with that. FD is on video dumping trash bags with JD blood in it.

I always check the Parking Lot for scanner chatter in this case but I guess there isn’t likely to be any?

It would be interesting to at least get the Onstar information (whether enabled or not) @bluberry mentioned (I just don’t know enough about it) to narrow down the exact time JD’s car was parked and abandoned on Lapham Road. I imagine LE has this even if we don’t. It’s helpful because if there aren’t any cameras, which we have learned aren’t at Waveny Park and aren’t in New Canaan (at least operated by the city or LE) then we have to rely on eye witnesses.

I hope they will have enough to arrest FD while he is in the middle of a sound sleep this weekend!!

I’ve never been to the parking lot; didn’t even know to look there for info, and I’ve been a member or lurking here forever!

I’m not finding this info anywhere. Where is it from?
If that is his niece, could it be a strategy to petition for custody of the children?

Regarding the bill for JD blood work. FD is paying for health coverage so the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) comes to him at his address, not hers. It pretty much will list tests JD had done. Example CBC complete blood count. He may not be able to know what Dr was testing her for, however he will know what tests were run.

These may have been discussed earlier - if FD has done any digging to hide a body or evidence there is GPS data for most equipment since about 2007.
Also if he did in fact have dinner at JDs NC home on 5/22 LE has his phone “pinging” at that exact location. I know sometimes the defense tries to tear apart location data.
While there he may have programmed the garage door button in his truck (or any vehicle) to work on JDs garage. Recently I was car shopping and was told by the salesman that all I had to do was hit/hold the button in the vehicle while my garage door was operating and it would program itself. Don’t know if that’s true because I haven’t bought yet.

So...how exactly did the dumps at Albany Ave happen? Did he just stop in the road? Pull into driveways? Put on flashers? Did he get out? Did MT open lids from passenger side and throw stuff in?
Do we know how this went down?
It really is the odyssey of stupidity! (Whoever came up with that description was right on!)

This AM I was able to review FD’s full Facebook Timeline and photos from 2010 forward (and lots of commenting by FD). Not sure what I’m allowed to post but if you go to his most direct adult relative and look at who commented on her posts you’ll find a US based relative that is friends with FD and brings up his full Facebook content in tact. US based relative has a different spelling of FD’s last name (to save time).

FD had stopped paying the premiums, so the insurance coverage was cancelled. I don’t have a link handy, but it is in the court filings by JD’s attorney. When JD addressed it with FD, he advised her to pay out of pocket.

It may very well be an accidental leak. But they withdrew the original word of “cabinet”. I wonder when we’ll find out!!

I have a feeling they made the employee pick up the car at MS or something funky was going on when they were going back and forth those two properties. That was around the time the Tacoma employee supposedly traded his raptor back. If the employees returned the raptor at MS then maybe there are no video surveillance from the neighbor there (if there are any across the street neighbors at that property).
Actually it said kitchen closet.Think cleaning supplies, bucket, mops, brooms.

I hope there’s a witness that saw FD out of the Raptor throwing a bag in the bin and will testify that the man standing in the courtroom is exactly the person he or she saw dumping the bag when it wasn’t dark yet.
They did interview someone on the news that claimed to see him driving around dropping the bags. Not sure if she saw him well enough to identify him.

With his recent housecleaning work, I wonder if he’ll be dropping off trash bags from that into other people’s trash cans, just to show it’s just a normal routine for him. (I’m kidding although who knows?) Beyond the horror of the contents in the trash bags, think about what it says about a person who would go up to other people’s trash cans and add his items to it. It’s brazen, it’s weird, it’s rude, and it shows, IMO, a massive disregard for the feelings or rights of others; he literally was dumping on them and if somehow one or more of them got into trouble, he wasn’t going to be concerned, just as he wasn’t worried about the problems he caused with the employee whose truck he borrowed, IMO.

Thank you, Chicago, but the website won’t open in the UK (EU restrictions).

Except I don’t think he has paid for her insurance, or the children’s insurance since they separated. If the bloodwork happened before they separated, you are right, then, regarding the EOB. This means that the bloodwork was probably related to menopausal issues. These labs do send out statements detailing outrageous initial amounts for bloodwork and other things. They virtually never get, or even expect that amount. It’s a shell game that they play with insurers. The lab has an agreement to accept a much, much lower amount from the insurer, and writes off the rest. It’s such a racket. My husband got some bloodwork done, and it came to nearly $10k-but the lab accepted whatever the insurance coverage was. And NP doesn’t say, or doesn’t know what JD’s lab tests were for-I doubt it was for something “crazy”. It’s interesting-he doesn’t mind misleading potential jurors, but would rage about it if LE did the same.

I'm pretty sure the judge scolded FD, and told him he needed to put health insurance back on.
