With his recent housecleaning work, I wonder if he’ll be dropping off trash bags from that into other people’s trash cans, just to show it’s just a normal routine for him. (I’m kidding although who knows?) Beyond the horror of the contents in the trash bags, think about what it says about a person who would go up to other people’s trash cans and add his items to it. It’s brazen, it’s weird, it’s rude, and it shows, IMO, a massive disregard for the feelings or rights of others; he literally was dumping on them and if somehow one or more of them got into trouble, he wasn’t going to be concerned, just as he wasn’t worried about the problems he caused with the employee whose truck he borrowed, IMO.

Yes, I’m replying to myself now! :) Before I get started on my work today, I wanted to say again that I really would have thought the park and some individuals might have trail cameras to observe wildlife, like biologists sometimes do, too, cabled to trees. Beyond that, I think he probably rolled her down a hill somewhere in the woods, not far from a road just to get rid of the body as quickly as possible. Gravity would help it go further from sight if he found a hill. It just seems like he’d want that incriminating evidence—a body—away from him and his properties ASAP. (Or not.)

Many well off parents today hope and believe that if they send their child to a good (also expensive) school like Brown, they
have somewhat eleminated 'interlopers' who come from questionable backgrounds.
I still wonder about FD's background. Was his family considered well off? Or were they just hard working business owners who
were able to get their son into a decent American school.
Or was FD one of the lucky foreign students who was accepted
because he was foreign born and the school needed to make
the # of needy students on their rolls. Was he THAT outstanding?
So anyone in a good school who isn't super rich or a proven genius is of "questionable background"? Everyone should only marry their own kind? Stay in their lane?
FD went to one of the best schools in Greece. I'd say that perhaps his parents wanted him to do well in life.

I have a neighbor who always dumped her garbage at other people’s houses. Just didn’t pay for the private carting that we all had to do. I was completely unaware of it until another neighbor asked me if we put a dozen garbage bags at the end of our driveway one time-apparently, she had the same issue, but discovered the culprit’s ID when she dug in and found mail with the person’s name on it. I guess they did it regularly, but in smaller amounts and then had her stepson staying there for a while when they were on an extended vacation-stepson wouldn’t do it, so it stacked up.

It shouldn’t be difficult to find out if he had a regular garbage hauling contract at JC. He probably didn’t, if he usually had dumpsters at his construction projects-I used to work for a guy who had a dumpster at his business; he just brought his home trash there and threw it out. He never took it to someone else’s dumpster or garbage can to throw out. I cannot imagine that FD regularly had to take care of his garbage like he was seen doing in North Hartford.

I’m not finding this info anywhere. Where is it from?
If you search on Facebook for Re’s profile page you will see her with pics of her adult children. If you click the woman who looks exactly as the one in the radar pic, you will know that is her. And she flew in from Greece probably to show support from his side of the family.

I am not so sure about how loyal MT is at this point....in fact I am currently angry at myself for what I am about to say ( cause I have been anti-MT so far and I think I still am)....but.... I got thinking...

Jennifer was clearly terrified of Fotis. Justly! I imagine FD, behind closed doors, was much different than his public persona. So, wouldn't you think MT would at some point wake up and smell the coffee on FD?

I started thinking about JD saying that FD had sickening revenge fantasies. Sickening is a very strong word and implies something awful awful. But FD felt comfortable sharing that with JD? Would most murderers share that with their spouse?

So, wouldn't MT (years into her relationship with FD) realize he was a wolf in sheep's clothing? Perhaps FD shares his sickening revenge fantasies with MT too....she knows what he is capable of. Then, MT finds herself in the Albany Ave. situation. Could she have been too fearful to ask any questions?

Is it possible to consider that if JD had such a deep fear of a FD that perhaps it's possible so did MT?

Or, she is just evil too. Which is the way I am leaning but I want to consider everything.

I hope she is cooperating.

Side note: I wonder if JD had suspicions about FD mothers death. If she did, did she voice them?
IMO I truly believe that FD acted alone. Possibly thinking that if he could get off on this horrible crime that he, his children, MT and her daughter could finally be “one big happy family”. If I were in MT’s position as they drove through Hartford dropping off potential evidence I would NOT ask questions for fear of his reaction. MT is a bright woman and probably surmised what had happened and may have been terrified.
If both FD and MT were implicated in this crime IMO he may have thought they would have no chance to be together. Because being the brazen psychopath FD is, he surely thinks he will get off.

My gosh! It seems very impolite to do that especially without asking!

This AM I was able to review FD’s full Facebook Timeline and photos from 2010 forward (and lots of commenting by FD). Not sure what I’m allowed to post but if you go to his most direct adult relative and look at who commented on her posts you’ll find a US based relative that is friends with FD and brings up his full Facebook content in tact. US based relative has a different spelling of FD’s last name (to save time).

IMO it reveals much - mainly his extreme narcissism. How ironic that this term stems from Greek Mythology.

I'm pretty sure the judge scolded FD, and told him he needed to put health insurance back on.
I think you’re right that the judge ordered it, but I believe FD did his usual thing of following his own dictates and ignoring the judge’s. I don’t believe he ever reinstated the coverage.

I don’t enelram meant that she thinks that; I think she was saying that “some people” believe this is how it works. And, some people do think it...

JD's bio on the Patch site mentions that she was writing a novel. Did she ever publish it? Was that the "Gone Girl" type of manuscript that NP was alluding to?

We do, we have an accomplice to evidence tampering...MT knows much more than she has given. If she would be totally truthful with all activities she knew about, even when and where there were gaps of time, police could narrow down the search and nab the lunatic, send him to jail for life and throw away the key - IMO

IMO FD is a “take prisoners” kind of guy. IMO/MOO, he likely fed MT all manner of misinformation all along and sent her out on various snipe errands to set MT up fairly thoroughly and fairly far in advance.

The benefits of this strategy for FD would be numerous, attractive, and irresistible. At the very least, MT would be unable to implicate FD bc her understanding of what occurred would not align with any key facts known to LE or else would support a version in which FD was not directly implicated but in which MT was genuinely clueless or else implicated herself or a third person (e.g., someone FD set out to frame or implicate). MT would be able to pass a lie detector (assuming she in fact did, which I don’t necessarily assume is so) if she answered truthfully about what MT was doing, what MT thought she was doing it,
Ha! They called him a “real estate mogul.”

Must by a synonym for “financially ruined, former home builder.”

I think they forgot the extra l in that anagram:

Tolkien used two for Gollum.

I believe there was a purpose in LE mentioning MT 'hanging' her
head out the truck window.

I think LE is trying to show MT objecting to the stench of the
blood/remains smell of the bags in the pickup bed. She was
hanging her head out the window to avoid the smell.

It had been close to 12 hours since JD's death. The blood/body
was beginning to decompose and deteriorate. The smell was
there. No way to bag it and hide it. And a warm day. Sorry
to be so graphic, but this will come out at trial.
Murder and death is a sickening proposition.
I didn't get that from the warrant affidavit. I thought they just said it to establish visual identification of MT in the car. Meaning not only was her phone in the area, but there was a person who looked like her in the car:
"One video clip showed what appeared to be a Caucasian female with a thin build leaning out of the passenger seat of the Ford pickup and either placing something on the ground or picking up an item. This female was consistent with Michelle Troconis."

From the “Gone Girl” article:
“Pattis has not seen the state's security footage but says he finds it puzzling that the "high-resolution cameras," able to spot traces of blood on the bags being disposed, were unable to positively identify Dulos or his truck, which authorities have said match the make and model despite a license plate number not being visible on camera.”

I guess tv shows are fake then. When they’re able to zoom in the pixelated videos and enhance it automatically. :(

And here we have confirmation those cameras did not catch his license plate even though the sun was still out. If the cameras did catch the license plate , then we would be able to confirm or cross off the list that he used the altered plates or not on their odyssey of stupidity.

FD had stopped paying the premiums, so the insurance coverage was cancelled. I don’t have a link handy, but it is in the court filings by JD’s attorney. When JD addressed it with FD, he advised her to pay out of pocket.
But by November of that year, Jennifer complained in a court filing that the family’s health insurance lapsed “due to defendant’s [FD’] failure to pay” and that she was “unable to take the children to certain medical appointments” — to which FD allegedly replied she should “pay out of pocket.”

She may have instructed the providers to mail the bills to him since he had the responsibility of medical coverage ? I still think it’s outrageous that he even mentioned the bill- wouldn’t HIPPA preclude him? Is this grounds for a bat complaint ?

  • #456
I believe HIPAA won’t protect the amount on the bill that NP disclosed. And I don’t think NP disclosed it if he knew he would be violating HIPAA. Also, the bill was addressed to FD meaning he can disclose it if he wants. He isn’t disclosing any medical information therefore he’s not technically violating HIPAA.

I thought he threw away the altered plates at the end of his trash dump run? Do you think that he just took them off the truck right there, put them into the Fedex container and slipped them through the storm drain grate?

Many young girls are 'sent' to good schools to find a 'good'husband.
It's a little secret that most affluent people know. Maybe unspoken, but it's there.
Plus, all schools have a certain percentage of underprivileged students that they must enroll to be pc and meet their ratios.
Not every single student at Yale or Harvard is a genius or from a wealthy family, just most of them.

No, HIPPA doesn't preclude it. The HIPPA privacy provisions only apply to Health Care Providers, Health Plans, Health Care Clearinghouses and the business associates of those types of entities.

NP hurt his case this time with his big mouth in a way. If he claims FD received a $14,000 medical bill for JD in April 2019 he basically allowed a possible murder motive for FD to slip out. IMO
