What an interesting weekend for information....Things I learned, just because I find such a wealth of "stuff" some of which may have merit:
1. If/when the twitter pictures become MSM we can all see that FD either has his own, newer phone or his lunch companion was sharing, and he'll have one sock that is stretched out by August whatever. I wonder if you can water ski with an ankle bracelet. (If you look at the second picture, IMO, they must be related. Look at the face profiles down to the posture.)
2. NP seems to be trying to bait LE into responding with something concrete about investigation information. And NP, is a master at innuendo and a great wordsmith.
For instance:
“I don’t know how [a relationship ] is possible with these circumstances,” he told The Post.
(Notice, he doesn’t say that MT and FD have “broken up.” He just doesn’t understand how a relationship can exist under the current legal and political situation. He leaves that to the interpretation of the reader and his/her personal bias. Is the relationship impossible because of the media and press or because of the parties' actions.)
3. Other comments in the interview are just as deftly worded and placed. One thing I am picking up from NP is that there is generally a purpose to each interview and a few important comments are made. In one I pointed out earlier the window of time increased to 4.5 hours of unaccounted time. With the forthcoming custody hearing, the smear Jennifer interview popped up.
4. Earlier in an interview with a young woman he clarified he is going to be paid. His comment was "Mr. Green is in the house..."
He also went through a longer discussion of the types of murder charges that could be brought against FD. He definitely included the two types of manslaughter.
14+ Minute video:
5. In the NYPost interview he said, without producing any documentation, that Jennifer had a “troubled past” and “struggled with heroin her whole life.” He claimed she “had a relationship with a person who would import heroin from Cambodia” prior to dating Fotis.
(NP doesn’t directly state that JD used heroin. Being associated with someone suspected of being a drug dealer is very different from the implications of the quote. However, IMO, it might indicate she had a substance abuse problem at one point in her life and the defense will use that against her in the custody and criminal hearings.)
5. At the bail hearing, he said that he hoped it wasn't the children who mentioned the DNA comment by FD and chuckled. He obviously doesn't think the children should be considered good witnesses. NP is adept at using the media for his own reasons. Keep reading between the lines, as I know almost all of you do.
6. I've learned much more about JD this weekend. So pleased to know her better. Caring for 5 children without spousal help 1/3 of the year would be exhausting and alienating. Two children and their schedules and a fulltime job left me exhausted and I have a willing spouse, but he also works fulltime. I know she had hired help, but just listening to and coordinating the activities of 5 kiddos is mind-boggling.
7. JD was a good, caring mother it appears. She was human, IMO, and probably felt some of the same Mom Crazies that every mother who reads this forum has felt. She didn't need a dictator director monitoring and second guessing her actions and desires. I can make allowances for cultural and personal differences, but being married to FD must have extremely frustrating and depressing for her. And, the liaisons and extended affair with MT was an untenable breach of trust.
8. Off to read some more....but, I think FD must have confronted JD as she was about leave for NYC...he may have been outraged that she was taking the kids to NYC, too, was considering moving there, had him billed for the blood test, and/or the outstanding debt to JD's family. We may never know. She may have run from him trying to get back in the house and fallen...or he grabbed her and she fell and hit her head..and we know how head wounds bleed copiously....he panicked....cleaned up the best he could...wrapped her in something....and moved her from the garage in her car.
